I love this location! It is conveniently located near a walmart and target so you could do a whole grocery trip and get everything you need. The warehouse itself is clean and the workers are mostly nice. My only complaint is that sometimes the workers are not that helpful when you ask where an item is located , and instead they send you to an isle they think the item is on ,so you have to find someone else to help since they always move the items. Pictured is my favorite item from costco.

WOW, this store can not get any worse in customer service! "John" store Mgr needs to retrained his employees on customer service, especially the ones in the food court yard! I haven'tdone any reviews because I see managers and owners do not care about these reviews. Us the customers, consumers!

I've been buying glasses and having my lenses updated annually here for several years. Last year I found frames I liked better at LensCrafters so I skipped my 2022 update at Costco. Last week I received my glasses back from Costco optical with my updated prescription for 2023. I wore them for a week but noticed that they were perpetually dirty on the inside corners of the lenses (the side closest to my nose. No matter how often I cleaned them there was a smudgy spot. Then I started to panic, thinking I had scratched my brand new lenses. It wasn't until I put on my old glasses to look at my new glasses that I saw it wasn't dirt or a scratch. It was very clearly a machine etched circle along with some numbers. I googled it. Not a lot of information but apparently it's the prescription information telling the machine how to craft the lens. I brought the glasses into the store, along with 4 other pair that they had made the lenses for. Initially I was told that this is completely normal. So I brought out the 4 other glasses and asked them to show me where these marking were on the other glasses. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE MARKINGS! Then the story became that this is newer technology, an upgrade. Laughable. They called the factory to see what could be done. A 30 second phone call. I was told they could send my glasses back to the factory to SEE if they could make it less noticeable. No guarantees. Livid, I got my refund and left. Under no circumstances will I ever return to Costco for my optical needs.

Ive been a Costco member for decades counting the time I would accompany my parents as a kid. Oldest memory I can recall is when I handed over a receipt at the exit to the employee and getting a smiley face drawn on it, and yes this might have been before the warehouse was renamed to Costco. How much do I like Costco? I make sure to visit the local Costco location whenever I travel domestic and international. Been going to the Burbank one for the last few years and after the last experience, considering cancelling my membership, selling my shares etc. Might look into gifting memberships to Amazon, Sam's club for Christmas. Definately will not be going back to the Burbank location and telling everyone I know to avoid it.I was returning an item I purchased via Costco.com, shared the item came all beaten up, clearly had been opened if you look at the packaging tape, pretty much not satisfied with my purchase. Employee calls other coworker to look at it, not surprisingly the parts and packaging to protect the items inside are all disorganized and seems some parts are missing so they later call a manager, Caleb. This manager Caleb doesnt bother listening to what I say but starts examining my purchase history and start asking questions. Why have I been returning items for the past years? Answer, wasn't satisfied. (At this point, manager Caleb is going against company policy for the no questions asked for most items when returning. This item does not apply the list of items that have restrictions when returning.) Tells me a x dollars of returns made for this category, I reply this item itself is equivalent to that x dollars. Keeps talking about how the customer is important but also their vendor, like what are you implying? (Wondering why this person ignores the fact I told their employee and them the item I got was a problem when I received it.) Manager getting more nasty by telling me all my returns adds to x dollars and guess what, I bought an item that's worth that amount minus x dollars and returned it so that's one item.... As the conversation continues I keep repeating in different ways they had a problem with shipping and delivery. Finally the manager acts like they're graciously allowing the return (i can take it back and call customer service for Costco.com to handle instead after all the trouble of bringing it to Burbank location and bring interrogated by this manager Caleb), I say again the box was clearly opened before I got it. (Note, this delivery was delayed for about a week.) Manager says I didn't say that, they didn't hear it, apologize for not hearing it, then bring up my return history, commenting I don't spend much for Costco anyways. I got my return, left, disappointed and wonder this all happened because of discrimination or what. Really hoping I get another letter in the mail from Costco asking about my recent experience! I kept the receipt, there's more details I can add. Anyways, a few important things to note for this business1. If there's a problem with the online purchase, call customer service and tell them (even if theres a long hold). Ignore the statement you can bring your online purchases to a warehouse to return immediately.2. Burbank location, it feels different from the other locations I also regularly go to during my business trips. Employees are aggressive, it's the many experiences that adds up. Pick up a cart at the entrance and there's trash in some of them every time. When you pay for your purchases at check out, employee asks to see the credit card you used even though you use your iphone to pay. Don't help you put your purchases into your cart after paying every other visit. etc. Not sure who the general manager is but as a fellow manager, there's some problems all over the board in this warehouse.3. After listening in on the latest Costco earnings call a few days ago, expanding and all is great so is the profit beating expectations but if you forget to maintain the quality and experience of the existing ones... th

I'm not sure if management reads this but if you do, someone needs to promote Patty in optometry area! I went to several other eye glass stores and no one would touch my glasses. They wouldn't even try. They were all about selling me new glasses before any attempt was done with my favorite pair.I waited for my number to be called, super anxious of what type of response I would get showing them my glasses. When Patty finally called my number, she greeted me with a smile, I was already off to a better start than the previous places I stopped at. She looked at them, looked at me and said she would try her bestest to not break them but there was a good chance they may not make it. I wanted to cry, I think Patty sensed my irrational emotional connection to them and to make me feel better, said she couldn't make any promises but she would try her hardest to magically fix them. She did!! I can't thank her enough!

What s going on at Costco?? Employees being very rude and caring about showing off their outfit instead of wearing their badge??? Bautista is his name he was extremely unhelpful and rude and hiding his badge in his hand ... and BTW I was stopped by a lady that claimed to be his manager she asked to delete the picture from my phone otherwise she would cancel my membership. What's going on with this hostile environment??

Worst Costco ever, even the Pacoima is better than this. This place has the worst customer service, the employees never say hi or approach you if you need help. One time I was doing self check out and I wanted the cashier to scan my eggs so they wouldn't crack and instead she flipped over my whole egg container. Another time I asked for a box and the worker gave me a broken down box even commented about it and instead of going to grab another one from different cashier she just laughs about it. I literally only do self check out. So I just go there to shop and I don't talk to anyone Lol

A very solid Costco! They have a good selection of staples, not a ton of variety or unique foods but still everything you would expect! The value of Costco is of course beyond any grocery store even for our family of 2. We go primarily for paper products, cleaning products, eggs, butter and cheese! It is nuts, especially on the weekends. Parking is ample but you may have to walk a bit

$1.99 pizza slice, yes! $1.50 hot dog and drink, yes. One of the cheapest places for a quick bite. Service is quick. Very casual ambiance. Weekends are busy.

Line was short on a Friday afternoon, wait about 5 minutes before picking up my food. I ordered 2 new products that I didn't see when I ate at Costco last line. I was thinking roast beef sandwich is a hot sandwich, instead I get a cold one. I am a little disappointed about that. Portion was good, but everything taste just like a regular lunch sandwich, not sure if it worth $9.99(the most expensive item on the menu) the mango smoothie was good, not too sweet, regular mango taste. In conclusion, prob not going to order roast beef sandwich again. The chicken bake still is the best choice for lunch from Costco.

Onions for hot dogs are FINALLY back! (Still waiting for the day that Supreme pizzas come back) Sadly, they had just run out right before my purchase.Four stars because of how crowded it is. I usually come on weekday evenings to avoid the crowds. I have also tried coming weekend mornings as soon as they open, and I feel like weekday evenings are a little less crowded.

I used to love Costco, but this location over the years has proven the adage "Costco is a good deal but only if your time has no value."Pros:+ Good deals on everything as one would expect from Costco+ The Road Hazard warranty on tire installations is better than most companies offer.Cons:- This location is always over crowded. Parking lots are full and the gas lines go down the street.- I have never once had a good experience with the Tire Center. Just to pay for a battery I have to wait in a 45 minute line. There is one guy answering phones and trying to check people out, but he also has to install tires so 80% of the time there is no one at the front desk. If you buy tires it's a week wait to get them shipped here, and another 1-3 week wait for an appointment. If you don't want to wait for an appointment you can show up 45 minutes before Costco opens and queue outside in the cold, and maybe in 3-4 hours they'll install your tires.Overall this is a Costco wedged into a tiny location and it has definitely outgrown its real estate. Whatever you want to do here, it will take three times longer than it needs to.

My favorite location to go to ever since the day they opened. Staff is friendly and helpful. I even recognize some employees that transferred here from Price Club in North Hollywood. The store is always organized and fully stocked. Great selection of food, house supplies and clothes. I love browsing through the clothing section cause I always find something nice and reasonably priced. Today I got my self a skort for $10, great quality. Where else will you find that. I love Costco and try not to go too often but I always end up at Costco. What can I say, they have everything. I just wish they add more organic items to the shelves. It's very limited. Overall this location is great, near the Burbank Empire Center with lots of parking.

No fault of Costco, but the customers here are so rude...Skipped our usual Costco in Pacoima, CA; so I can check out this location and Yelp it.Big mistake, next trip going back to Pacoima!Quality/Quantity - Costco is consistent, but the people here are rude.Non stop honking around us while in line for gas. Almost a musical. Glad I am patient. Then the people inside were rude also, and it was crazy busy. They were so aggressive while walking down the aisles and were almost fighting for those free samples. If I had more free time I would sit on one of their couches and people watch, just to entertain myself. On top of all that, they have only a basic beer selection.Atmosphere - Consistent. Outdoor food court.Open 7 days a week, see picture.Poor drivers, so I parked at the VERY end of Costco, so I could get out quickly!Service - N/A, self service.Price - $4.59 a gallon, 10¢ more than San Leandro Costco.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1984.Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club.
