Food court seemed a bit disorganized today. Instead of having two different lines where you pay cash and the other being where you pick up food, they combined them and had a long line filled with people doing different things. I didn’t know they did this because people were using different cash registers and waited behind them. They usually have two different lines. Allison was extremely rude about it. I get it, it’s busy and you’re trying to keep up (I use to work in the food industry too) but you can’t scream at people when they make a simple mistake. Or at least have someone there directing people.

Recently, they changed to kiosks. But the system is awful. unlike other Costcos, that give you a number, this one just has you order and then you wait in line again. They only have one line open. I was just grabbing drink, and they still made me wait in the crazy10 minute long line. COSTCO FIX THIS!Other than that, Can't beat their food prices on pizza, hot dogs and chicken bakes. Such a solid deal. I never eat hotdogs outside of Costco and the baseball stadium- and I am NEVER disappointed. (Also note... it's a hot dog stand in a food court... so expect that)

Prices are super cheap, portion sizes are large, and free soda refills. The food obviously isn’t healthy but they’re great to have as a treat every once in while! The pizza slices are so massive and the smoothies/mocha freeze Are are really satisfying. Good place to stave off hunger when you’re shopping at Costco. Ample seating.

After getting hung up on twice over the course of ten minutes before finally getting through, I finally reached someone that told me they were closing in ten minutes and I had to be in the store in order to place an order. Buying whole pizzas here has always been a disorganized nightmare and I can't come up with one reason why except incompetence. Not worth the hassle.
