I absolutely love coming to this store specifically because the team there always does an excellent job. I was particularly impressed on Wednesday 4/9 with how the girls all handled a very rude customer at around 6:30. The girls were very professional and handled the situation well. I wish there were more I could do to make sure they know how well they are doing. Thank you Crumbl Team in Burbank for doing such an excellent job especially when it’s noticeably busier than usual.
Just came for the crumbs. Not a cookie for small hands. Be prepared to have a sugar addiction after eating this cookie. It's sweater than pie. And they do have pie. I think it's keylime pie this week. Anyway, enjoy your diabetes.

Okay so it was as delicious as everyone says they are. It's just the perfect cookie and the chocolate chip cookie is a classic for a reason, it was just soo gooooiioooooooooiooooooooooood. It was just perfect. Thank you !!!!!!
