Service started okay even though it was crazy busy. Took nearly 15 mins to take our order, but understood. As it got less busy, however, server disappeared. We decided not to have a 2nd wine, Aked bartender for go boxes and if he could get our check. Noticed our server who was having a personal conversation 2 tables away and teied to flag him. 10 mins later, it was obvious bartender forgot us. Server finally finished convo and turned to go back to the kitchen. WTF!? Asked another...
I use to love this place. Now, it is a shadow of itself. With the exception of their Chicken Pot Pie, the food our party had was tepid, under done and took a long time to come to the table. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was slow. Maybe someone else enjoys this place. But it was not our group. Also, very expensive.
We were a party of eight on New Year's Eve so that might've been why things weren't the best. Three people had ordered the chicken piccata. They asked for extra sauce because it was bland and when they got it, it just was just melted butter. We ordered cocktails from the bar and it took an unusual long amount of time to get them. We had to move our dirty dishes to another table because they were never picked and they sat there the whole. Nobody removed them.
