Ordered online then had to add more when I went to pick up and the counter person was gracious and asked for my second order to be expedited without me having to. Very courteous.

The food was decent. They have different levels of spicy. So if you don't like spicy, that's fine they have non spicy to mild to very spicy HOT. You'll definitely wanna use the extra sauce they give you! The fries were good, too. It's not a place to go to if you're counting your calories or if you're looking for something healthy. Not a long wait to get your food and staff was friendly. Easy parking, too.

So sad what Carlos and a Jack worker did to me. I ordered 5 double meals i should get 2 sauces each. I looked only had 2. Asked Jack for more he was hesitant. I asked for my allocated 10 and 2 extra. Carlos stopped Jack from giving them to me Jack only gave me 4 more. I said that's only 6 can I at least have the 4 more allocated to me. Jack looks at Carlos said no. I said can I talk to ur manager or supervisor they said non is here today. I said please give me the 4 u one me. Jack told Carlos dude just give it to her. Carlos took 4 and PRETENDED TO PUT IT IN MY BAG BUT KEPT IT IN HIS HAND AND TOOK IT BACK. I said Jack look what he did he pretended to give it to me. Jack srugged his shoulder said sorry I said wth that's horrible how can u do that. Give me my 4 allocated sauces. Carlos smiled winked like the devil and went to the back. Jack said to me "u don't have to make a big deal." I told him it's wrong what u guys are doing. Jack just laughed and smiled. I LOVED DAVES ALWAYS WENT TO DAVES BUT I PROMISE THIS MADE ME SICK I WONT VERR GO BACK!!! horrible I paid $99 for those meals and to be treated like this for souce this horrible. Asked again about supervisor they said there is no one. I want outside the other worker said yes supervisor is there Oscar. My 3 yr old was crying I didn't go back in. I loved Dave's but will never go back.
