Prob one of the best chicken places I’ve been to. The chicken is very good and pairs well with the sauce. The service is good, it’s better than Cane’s, and I love the art and on the walls. 9/10 would definitely recommend to anyone craving chicken.

Today I came in for lunch around noon. The young man at the cashier gave exceptional customer service. I ordered the sliders and also sandwich combo. It was delicious. The meat quality of the chicken was amazing. On my next visit I will kick it the spice a notch! I tried mild lite spice and it was maybe a bit too mild lol. Next time I might try medium spice!
We ordered online, but still had to wait an extra 15–20 minutes beyond the promised pickup time. They were out of Coke Zero and Diet Coke. The spice level wasn’t anywhere near ‘extra hot’—it was more like mild. On top of that, the fries were barely warm, almost as if they had been sitting out, while the chicken was hotter in comparison.

Ordered for pickup and I always have yo wait 15-20 minutes for my order. I decided to come 20 minutes after my order was “ready” and still waited 15 minutes for the server to HAND me the order. Like i get the line, but what’s the purpose of the pickup line and ordering ahead???
I work in the area and this is a common occurrence.
This location needs to work on their saucy bites. There is no sauce, I could’ve ordered their regular bites for at least some spiciness.
I really like the saucy bites but Burbank can’t do them. Rosemead and Northridge are good.
