I had such a great experience at this location! I accidentally placed my order at another store and came here by mistake. The manager, Angel, went above and beyond to help me out. He personally contacted the other location, canceled my order there, and made sure my food was freshly prepared here without any delay. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Big thanks to Angel and the team for their kindness...

I had a great dine in experience at Burbank Dave’s Hot Chicken. The manager Angel was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly made and everything was tasty 5/5 experience. I can’t wait to come back here!

Great experience highly recommended, specially if you love spicy food. But be careful because even the regular hot can be hard for some people. Slider plus sandwich is a great combination.
