Ordered pizza from here 2 days ago and fridged it and didn't eat it yet. Planned to eat it today, ended up having to throw it out instead because there was mold on the cheese. How did this pizza go bad in only 2 days and kept cold the whole time? Makes me question about the conditions these pizza ingredients are in before they're put on a pizza and sold. I won't be eating here again.

Very friendly associate on my first visit. This location is very clean and was told just recently opened.Vegetarian options: You can do as you please as far as pizza and Domino's has plenty of veggies and other garnishes outside of meat.
They like to end the curbside pickup app timer early when they're running behind, so I don't get the free pizza for them taking too long. This has happened multiple times. The workers are friendly, but that doesn't get me my free pizza. Leaving feedback in app does nothing.

Absolutely fantastic experience with curbside pickup at the Burbank Domino's! From the easy online ordering process to the seamless pickup right outside the store, everything exceeded my expectations. The website was incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to smoothly navigate through the menu and customize my order with pizza, tots, and cheesy bread. Upon arrival for pickup, the service was prompt and efficient, with the staff being exceptionally courteous and ensuring that all safety protocols were followed. The food was outstanding - the pizza was hot and fresh, with a perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings, the tots were crispy and flavorful, and the cheesy bread was delightfully gooey and delicious. Furthermore, the customer service was top-notch; the staff made sure my order was correct and handled everything with professionalism, making the entire experience hassle-free. Burbank Domino's has definitely set a high bar for quality and service, earning a loyal customer in me and a well-deserved five stars.

This is just a pickup place...so there is no atmosphere to rate. Parking is very difficult, but the manager, Melanie, is incredible! I ordered 15 pizzas for a pizza party, and she was SO helpful.

I placed an order yesterday with the expectation of receiving it within the estimated 20-30 minute delivery time frame. To my disappointment, the food arrived a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes later, causing significant inconvenience, especially considering that my home was only 5 minutes away. Throughout this period, I attempted to contact your establishment regarding my concerns but encountered an issue: the only option available for me to reach out was to place a new order (option #1). Other concerns (option #2) seemed entirely inaccessible as no one answered my calls. So, I pressed option #1 and told the lady where is my food. She lied and said it's on the way should be there 15 min. I would have picked it up myself if I hadn't had any guests...The delivery was made by a gentleman named Alexander, who informed me that the delay was due to a shortage of staff and high order volumes. This explanation, appeared quite ridiculous in my opinion, reflects poorly on their service. It is disheartening to observe that while they continue to accept new orders, timely deliveries remain a challenge. As a result of this delay, my guests had no choice but to depart without eating. This situation left me feeling embarrassed and thoroughly upset. I told the gentle man to take back the pizza and that I no longer need their service. What is particularly disappointing is that no one from your store took the initiative to reach out and apologize for the subpar service that I received. My family and I and my guests will never buy Domino's again.

This happened July 4th, 2023 around 10pm...Don't take my order, then not show up. Having us waiting and waiting..At least a phone call saying it's too busy would've been nice.
