In town visiting and it was great to feed a family of 4 with a $10 coupon for a large pizza, any toppings. Can't get a better pizza for the price! Staff was friendly as well.

I am very impressed because I ordered a deal that was in New York style pizza with three toppings. And one of the toppings was extra cheese so it's extra cheese green pepper and onion. As you can see it is definitely extra cheese so kudos to this Domino's and great job folks 🙌

They always make sure that my order is correct, and the manager is an awesome guy. Any time I had an issue (which is rare), they would make sure to have that taken care of.

They're a great local Domino's.

Got numerous excuses why my order wasn't ready on time.. (I ordered 4 hours in advance). The wings have more fat than meat!! Very disappointing.
Their indifference outweighed the fat!
We are done..

At this point I think this location should just close down it's so poorly managed. Consistently 1.5 to 2 hour waits for cold pizza that isn't what was ordered.

I would avoid ordering from this location if at all possible. I ordered a single pizza on a Monday afternoon around 2:30pm, at around 4pm my order still hadn’t arrived, even though my initial estimate was less than 30 minutes. I tried to call the store to find out an update and was on hold for more than 30 minutes with no answer. At this point I wish I could just cancel my order and order from somewhere else. I know sometimes delays happen, but this is pretty ridiculous.

Placed an online order and after almost 2 hours I decided to call since the online tracker kept on saying it wasn't ready. I spoke to an employee which said they didn't have drivers available at the moment so i waited, as my daughters kept asking for the pizza i reached out again about my order and this time i spoke to the "manager" his name is Brandon to be exact, he pretty much told me the same thing that they were backed up and my order had been ready for almost 40 minutes, as i explained to him my frustrations i simply asked for a refund or wanted something in return for them being late on my order and i simply also told him I was gonna call the corporate office which he said, " ok go ahead and get your refund from them" and hung up the phone. He didn't only hung up the phone but also cancelled my order when he had also told me my order was on the way so i didn't get a refund nor my pizza. This is by far the poorest customer service ever and whoever Brandon is should be taken off those wannabe manager duties as he gave me the poorest customer service ever

I pre-ordered 3 pizzas last night and 1 pizza today through the Domino's website. I went to the store just now and they informed me that the 3 orders from last night weren't "fully processed" and that it says void. However, I was never contacted personally by the store regarding this. I even received confirmation emails that my order went through and could be picked up today.Different payment methods were used and yet somehow they were all voided due to payment issues? This is absolutely unacceptable as these pizzas were for an important business event and it was ruined. What's the point of pre-ordering then? I should have read the reviews online first. I am seeing on Reddit that an employee can be voiding the orders and then skimming the money from the register.Corporate needs to look into this and I've emailed them as well.

I used to work for the owner of this Dominos at their other Burbank store on North Glenoaks Blvd. I would have been fired for the level of service I received today, and it’s the second time this week I’ve had bad service… and I’m a regular customer. Sad to see they don’t care. Rude customer service, sloppy dress, cold food, drivers complain openly in the store in front of guests, drivers have no hustle, manger doesn’t care, 1.5+ delivery times, and they treat you like you’re annoying and try to end the conversation when you ask them for warm food. I ordered delivery and I had to actually walk in to get my food remade 2 hours after I ordered. Sorry Tim, don’t know if I’ll be returning. Burbank has more and more choices for pizza every couple months it seems and I’m feeling like I should switch on principle. Maybe it’s because I held myself to a higher standard when I worked at Domino’s (and was held by my management to a higher standard), but I won’t tolerate horrendously garbage service like received today even one more time. The fact I’m leaving a negative review for a place I regarded fondly should tell you something.
