Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!

Genuinely don’t think there were any eggs in the breakfast burrito it was 80% potato. I don’t mind potato but 80%v

Reminds me of an old 50s skate and serve diner.
I like the breakfast burritos the best. My second is the chicken club sandwich .
I used to get them delivered via DoorDash, but they stopped allowing you to modify the breakfast burritos so in my opinion, it’s best to actually go in yourself and place your order. Portions are good and most everything is really tasty .. unfortunately though, I have to say the biscuits and gravy were not at all what we expected. So I won’t order that one again….

Since my last post the company has now started doing their own online service. It’s really easy to use when you’re able to add instructions on your meals again I just ordered two breakfast burritos!

Nice old school diner with inside and outside seating. The portions were big, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Our server was fast and friendly.

Not the worst, not the best. Service was great and workers were very kind,
however food took awhile to come out and wasn't the best.

Its ok, not the best omelette’s in town/the world as they claim. A-bit overpriced for a dry omelette that also has over used recycled cooking oil aftertaste. Service was excellent though but the food was not.

Staff were friendly, accommodating, and overall great, especially the manager/owner. Food was good too. Overall a wonderful experience (we ended up eating breakfast there 4 days in a row while on vacation)
