I've tried to come 3 different times and days and they're always closed despite being listed as open. Not sure if they're just permanently closed?

Not the best Cuban food I’ve had, but when I didn’t want to drive far, it satisfied the craving. The ropa vieja was delicious, the plantains not sweet enough but still okay, and the potato balls were good. Service was amazing, which gave the whole visit a lift.

A great place to enjoy authentic Cuban food.
El Criollo Cubano serves delicious traditional dishes — the ropa vieja, picadillo, and lechón asado are very good. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a quiet dinner and a refreshing mojito. Friendly service and genuine flavors make it a highly recommended spot for anyone who loves Caribbean cuisine. Nice music

This place serves legit Cuban food—mojo pork, yuca fries, and plantains done right. I had the vaca frita, which was crispy, garlicky, and super tender. Their mojitos are strong and come with fresh mint. It's family-run and full of hospitality. I’ll definitely be back for the weekend live music

Almost everything took so long!!! Our drinks, the bread, the food. The only think that came fast was the bill. When we finally got our food, most of my plate was salty. My friends food was almost as if the chef counted the chicken. It was okay but I wouldn't go out of my way to go again and I wouldn't even recommend it.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Cute family owned business. The environment when we go is always very low-key and welcoming. Food is delicious and made with love AND very reasonably priced.. and their drink specials are UNMATCHED (especially on Tuesdays). 100% recommend stopping here, we like to go before making our Costco trip:)

This place definitely have seen better days. I still remember when they had live music.
A little refreah would go a long way. At least food still has the same quality. Worth patronizing.

It's one of those rare places that transport you to your homeland. From the food, to the drinks, and Niurka (the lady who serves there), everything have a very strong cuban vibe.
