It's okay for a fast food chain. The burritos are good, but a little on the bland side. The quality of the ingredients are the greatest strength of el Pollo Loco in my opinion.

Ate here as a family today. Great food as always. We love the chicken here. However, the coleslaw they have has a different taste we felt like it was already spoiled so I requested it to be changed to corn instead which they did without any hesitation. Great service! Thank you

Offers the best flame broiled chicken on the west coast. You'll keep on coming back for more. Forget about KFC and everything else that's out there. Come and enjoy some good old fashioned flame broiled finger licking chicken.
