Nice spot for billiards, cocktails and people watching on the patio. Attentive bartenders and barbacks.

1st time coming here, and it was one of the coolest places I have ever been to. The bartender is super laid back and always making sure everyone has their drink.

Good vibes. Quick service. Plenty of pool tables. Good old-fashioned.

Flat beer and soggy food, this place is on brand Burbank.

Apparently this needs elaboration because the owner doesn't have a clue what goes on in their establishment:
1)The nachos are swimming in sour cream and runny guacamole. The pizzas are undercooked and come out soggy/half cooked. The only thing crisp were the fries, but they didnt get salted, so still weak.
2)When the beers come out flat because the CO2 regulator on the tap isn't adjusted properly, you need to find another bar to frequent rather than troubling the wait staff here.

Very pricey, but great atmosphere and gorgeous waitresses make up for it. There's a strange music policy too, if the manager doesn't like the songs u pay to play on the jukebox, it very quickly gets cut off/skipped to a song he prefers(usually in the 80s hair metal vein). I've never heard so many Big Audio Dynamite songs being played anywhere!! Not sure if that's good or bad??

Had an incident last night where an off the clock employee grabbed one of our friends and pulled her by the waist into him at the bar.
Spoke with the manager and was told it would be taken care of.. but he sat and drank, vaped, and continued at the bar for another hour and a half with zero repercussions.
This is completely unacceptable.

I came to Fantasia with a large group this evening. While waiting to order at the bar, I was grabbed around the waist by a man and yanked violently into his side.
Initially I wasn’t going to make a fuss of it, but after several other people at the bar made it clear that they had seen it happen too I decided to let the manager know. Turns out the man in question was an employee there who was incredibly drunk and harassing employees and visitors alike. The manager that I notified brought him aside for a reprimand, but he was allowed to sit back at the bar immediately afterwards.
Later, the same man attempted to start a fight with one of my friends, who walked away. Yet another group of people at the bar told my friend that the man had harassed them as well. My friend escalated it to the manager once again, and once again he only received a brief reprimand.
I’m incredibly thankful that I was with a group of 10, including several large men, who had my back. If I had, god forbid, been along or with a small group of women I would have legitimately feared for my safety. I escalated the issue the way that I did because I had legitimate concerns for the safety of other women in this establishment, and did not feel they were dealt with properly. The manager did not follow up with us, and the man who assaulted me was given free rein to do the same to other women at the bar. After talking to one of the female bartenders, she mentioned that she had raised concerns to management about the man in question several times and been ignored.
I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go here, ESPECIALLY women. Absolutely appalled at the way everything was handled this evening.

Everyone BEWARE of a fraudulent scheme being run at Fantasia, which will perhaps only be resolved after multiple complaints to government consumer-protection agencies and even a class action lawsuit. What is happening is that Fantasia has developed this business pattern and practice of charging different rates for pitchers of the same beer on individual checks, especially for late-night customers (in hopes that drunk patrons will not notice, of course!). If you inspect your receipts closely, you will notice that pitchers of the same kind of beer are being charged at two different prices. And, if you bring it up at time of payment, the manager will lie to you and claim that there was some fantastical (no pun intended) "happy hour" going on, which would presumably explain why one pitcher is charged at one rate and another pitcher at a higher rate (nevermind the fact that their menu and own website only list a lunchtime happy hour and nothing late at night, which is when this problem tends to arise); if you further insist that the discrepancy be rectified, the manager will tell you you're banned from the business and kick you out. I guess this place truly earns the name "Fantasia" -- because their entire business strategy is a fantasy leveled against their customers!
