Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Food is good, but the restroom sink makes it impossible to wash your hands. It makes me question the hygiene of the workers' hands, when washing your hands is impossible.

Came here with my lady 9/5/2024 to buy our Lunch at 7pm was pretty empty no line only 2 employees a man working the back making the food and a girl cashier with an awful attitude. She was having none of it for no reason. Wasnt even packed and our order was simple. Maybe it was the insane heat, there seems to be no Air Conditioning. Food was great though but for god sakes put her at the back she is an awful cashier.

*No Lettuce wrap burgers, they said their lettuce comes presliced, and they covered me a burger salad type of tray.

*Apparently there is no AC. They're too cheap to get it fixed so they keep the doors open in 108 degree weather.

*The ketchup machine pumps VERY poorly.

*The credit card machine is always rebooting.

Extremely poor Fat Burger location. The manager needs to step it up.

When I went to place an order around midnight 9/03/24 there were only 2 employees working. The lady who came over to take me and my husbands order was shaking her head as soon as she seen us and was not very polite. We ordered a 24 piece meal to go and only got 22 wings. The lemon pepper were very dry and we asked for the wings to be wet. I asked to use the restroom and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long while. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt due to poor customer service previously and will not be eating here again

I decided to stop by Fatburger for a quick lunch. Opting for two original meals that came with fatfries and medium drinks, along with an order of wings, my expectations for a satisfying meal were high.

Fatburger did not disappoint. The food, as always, was exceptional - the burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries were the right mix of crispy and fluffy, and the wings were deliciously seasoned.

This was my first visit to the Fatburger location next to Burbank Airport, and I was impressed by the quality of service. The staff were friendly and made sure my order was prepared quickly, which was much appreciated given my tight schedule.

Fatburger has consistently provided great food and service, and this experience was no different. Their ability to deliver a quality meal in a fast and friendly manner continues to impress me. I'll definitely make it a point to come back to this particular location next time I'm in the area.

Clean seating area but strange dirty water smell going on. My turkey burger did not taste like other Fatburgers' quality. More on the Costco turkey patty side. The chili cheese fries had sprinkles of shredded cheese that were not melted. Disapointed and not worth the money at this location.

This was my last time going to Fatburger. As a past employee i know what this food used to taste like. Fries were cold even though i ordered in a empty store so being too busy is no excuse. Also me and my sons meal of 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 shakes came to $50. Like every other fast food spot, Fatburger priced me out for good. Farewell Fatburger

This Fatburger is a definite pin drop!When the employees love their job it shows! I didn't get the guys names but my hats off to both of them (register dude was a big cat, the dude in the kitchen was a smaller cat).The service was excellent ?The food was ready in no time ??The big cat brought it to my table with extra sauces, pointed me to the extras at my need. The service was damn ? and frankly just didn't expect this level of service for a Fatburger ??They made me a return customer for sure.I had the 10pc honey garlic wings with some crisped-fried-to-perfection sweet tater fries (phucken aye ? )!!!!!Yeah definitely coming back.
