I was delightfully happy with my Flower milk tea. It's Rose milk tea and Lavender Milk Tea blended together. Such a great taste! Better than mediocre and boba was decent. They have food as well which smelled amazing, right when I walked in. Didn't try it this time. They are still in the "soft opening" period so I'd say they are still transforming the place no set vibe yet. I was told that I can order food and drink on their website to limit wait time in person. They also use stamp card rewards program.

I got the Jasmine Green Milk tea with honey boba, it was definitely a good drink but not the best boba I have had in LA, I would like to give it a 3.5 if I was able, because it's better than average but not quite 4 stars. It's nice that there is ample parking here and the staff was friendly. The cups are super cute as well!

Sooo good! We order for us and our toddler! We loved the popcorn chicken (karrage i think) and gyoza (fried)! My daughter and I loved the blue matcha coconut milk in kid’s size ( like a tall from Starbucks) overall delicious and great! Coming back next time we are in the area!

Drinks are pretty authentic compared to other boba places in Burbank, and the drinks taste as good as other large boba chains. The food is also really good and tastes like it was made at a real Chinese restaurant vs. a boba shop. Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the worst milk teas that I've had. My friend and I both ordered the honey green milk tea, and were equally disappointed with how bland and flavourless it was, which seems to be a consistent complaint based on other yelp reviews. +1 star for offering non-dairy milk

Coffee milk tea boba and mango smoothie boba drinks were watered down. The coffee base for the drink was terrible and the mango was super watered down that the color of the drink is a very light beige instead of the mango color. Ordered the pork char siu bao and the bread was super hard. Had to throw it away. The sesame balls were very small and had a chemical after taste. What a wasteb of $30. So sad.

tbh I get doordash from this place whenever I get a boba craving! I love their drinks and the cups that come with them are so cute (and reusable)!! My go-to food order is sweet & sour pork which is so good and it literally gets delivered as big crispy delicious pork chops and the sweet & sour sauce and vegetables separately! You can just dip the pork in or pour it on top!

Unfortunately my regular milk tea with boba was not good. They do use brewed tea but everything tasted diluted. The drink was not creamy enough nor had strong tea flavor. It tasted as if someone melted a cup of ice in your milk tea.

Currently in soft opening so look for the name on the window rather than on the building. Got a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. Jasmine flavor was pretty weak but the drink was refreshing enough and the boba had the perfect amount of chew - which means it's fresh! I also got the popcorn chicken appetizer. The portion size is outrageously generous for the price ($7), made with juicy dark meat and perfect balance of crunchy breading, seasoning and chicken. I had eaten 1/3 of the chicken and the box still looks very full.
