Sushi Fuji Ya is such a great spot! The vibe is super cute, especially with the cherry blossom decor, it gives the place a cozy and charming atmosphere.

We tried the iced matcha tea and hot sake, which were both perfect pairings for the meal. The new menu items were a pleasant surprise! The Snowy Fuji roll had a perfect crunchy outside and soft inside, packed with amazing flavor. The Creamy Salmon was also a standout, rich, smooth, and delicious.

What I love most is how they combine creativity with traditional flavors. It feels new but nostalgic at the same time. The fish is incredibly fresh, and everything is made with care.

Also, don’t miss the BBQ ribs, they were tender and flavorful. The miso soup was comforting, and the salad dressing was spot on.

Highly recommend this place, everything we had was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Sushi heaven hidden in Burbank. Their ingredients are the freshest and most high quality. The salmon belly is the creamiest, meltiest mouth-watering I've ever had in a loooong time.

This is my favorite sushi spot to go to. The Vegas roll is literally worth traveling for. The service is always good in the atmosphere is great. It is on San Fernando with a lot of other good restaurants and places to hang out

This place was so great to stop at after a long day at Ikea. The fish was so fresh and tasty. You can tell they put effort into their dishes. My daughter ordered the Baked Salmon roll and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Would recommend! 5/5 Stars!

Server ordered wrong roll, admitted his mistake, left the table, and then said we had to pay for the roll and didn't even offer to bring out the correct one. The mistaken roll was not even similar to what we asked for and frankly we wouldn't have ordered otherwise.

Server completely avoided our table after his mistake and we had to find him so that we could pay.

Another note: as we were leaving they informed a customer that their wheelchair elevator was out of service.

Food was not bad, but our experience was soured by the poor customer service.

I have never written a review before but I need to express how horrible this place was. From the moment you walked in, it was an insane energy. Not comforting at all. Our server was extremely lackluster, could barely understand him and he never checked up on us or gave us more water. But the food… It was like the idea of sushi was there but what I was consuming was inedible. The fish tasted old, like it was sitting out for hours. One of the rolls was completely inedible (yellowtail roll). I almost puked. On top of that, the insane atmosphere felt like we were at a club or in an episode of Black Mirror. I know Burbank has bad sushi but this really took the crown for the worst
