I ordered baked sushi. It looks beautiful, but it's the worst baked sushi I've ever had. It's so greasy, and the rice falls apart. Even as an avid sushi lover, I've never had anything like it. There was no soy sauce on our table, we had to ask for it.

Sushi Fuji Ya is such a great spot! The vibe is super cute, especially with the cherry blossom decor, it gives the place a cozy and charming atmosphere.
We tried the iced matcha tea and hot sake, which were both perfect pairings for the meal. The new menu items were a pleasant surprise! The Snowy Fuji roll had a perfect crunchy outside and soft inside, packed with amazing flavor. The Creamy Salmon was also a standout, rich, smooth, and delicious.
What I love most is how they combine creativity with traditional flavors. It feels new but nostalgic at the same time. The fish is incredibly fresh, and everything is made with care.
Also, don’t miss the BBQ ribs, they were tender and flavorful. The miso soup was comforting, and the salad dressing was spot on.
Highly recommend this place, everything we had was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!
