Love this place, especially on a weekend night! It’s very pretty and nice in there, perfect for a date night honestly. Me and my babe have been soooo many times already, we even got recognized by the staff. The staff are all super chill and nice personality wise, which is excellent, but they are working hard rest assured! Food will come out at a decent pace, and it’s always delicious and fresh, with amazing quality. My respect to the chefs there, we love the food! Be sure to ask them about the drinks special too! Honestly, the prices for the quality of the food you’re getting is not only very fair, but I’d even argue and say quite a deal. I usually end up spending a lot here, but that’s because me and the babe LOVE the food that much we usually order a ton of food! You can easily get a deal on the menu and spend less than $30-$40 for 2 people. Also, thank you to mister Maxwell I believe was his name, he always provides an amazing experience for us, and treats us as regulars, so thank you for that!

This Sushi spot was BOMB.COM🔥🔥🔥 It was fire it's def a 10/10 recommended for me I enjoyed everything from the waiter service, he was super noice and very attentive I loved it! I don't drink much but I tried this sweet alcohol beverage that the server recommended the name is Jinro Green Grape it was delightful really sat well everything was outstandingly delicious and the service was outstanding! I'm from Vegas and havent found a sushi spot out here until this one I'm def gonna be a regular😋🫶🏻

I ordered baked sushi. It looks beautiful, but it's the worst baked sushi I've ever had. It's so greasy, and the rice falls apart. Even as an avid sushi lover, I've never had anything like it. There was no soy sauce on our table, we had to ask for it.

Sushi Fuji Ya is such a great spot! The vibe is super cute, especially with the cherry blossom decor, it gives the place a cozy and charming atmosphere.
We tried the iced matcha tea and hot sake, which were both perfect pairings for the meal. The new menu items were a pleasant surprise! The Snowy Fuji roll had a perfect crunchy outside and soft inside, packed with amazing flavor. The Creamy Salmon was also a standout, rich, smooth, and delicious.
What I love most is how they combine creativity with traditional flavors. It feels new but nostalgic at the same time. The fish is incredibly fresh, and everything is made with care.
Also, don’t miss the BBQ ribs, they were tender and flavorful. The miso soup was comforting, and the salad dressing was spot on.
Highly recommend this place, everything we had was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!
