Classics, delicious, and fresh Italian food. Clean dining areas, very visually pleasing with a dim atmosphere and great service.

Food is good. Atmosphere is great ? But the parking is something else. It's very small and if there's no parking whatsoever you'd have to park somewhere else and it's not easy to find parking there at all. This restaurant is very pricey. A little expensive for someone/families who are on a budget.

I used to go to the Ramp when Gary Brick owned it and I loved it! It was a very reasonably priced steakhouse. The new incarnation of the Ramp is different. It's not bad. The food and service was good. It's become more of an Italian restaurant than it was before. The prices have gone up unfortunately. But the restaurant is good and I would recommend it.

Every Tuesday, we head out to The Ramp for a great dinner! The staff is awesome - fantastic service and also very friendly too. We love their salmon with a butter lemon caper sauce! I get a baked potato with butter only and spaghetti - yes, it comes as a meal. She gets the same, but with vegetables and rice. A 1/2 order of garlic bread and we're set. The salmon is a nice piece of fish - thick with great flavor. The Ramp is a hidden gem. The parking lot is small, but we've seen people park on the street. Cozy place to get a great meal!

I often say you can tell a lot about people by the reviews they write. I hope you can tell from mine that I *love* good food! The Ramp offers incredible food and drinks, plus attentive service. After two of our fave Italian restaurants closed, we went without for a few years. We learned about this place (on an episode of Rockford Files, no less!) and knew we had to try it.The dishes we’ve enjoyed here include Chicken Parmigiana, Garlic Cheese Bread, Side Salad, Seafood Combination, plus the Steak and Shrimp. All of the food was simply fantastic and priced appropriately. We’ve also had some desserts here and I can’t recall what they were other than delicious! The warm atmosphere and romantic music in the dining room make for a great date night.I don’t understand other reviewers’ concerns about the valet. We’ve never had an issue. The parking lot is tiny and an economy with plenty of jobs is a healthy one. People need to work in a capitalist society; calm down. Since baseball season is getting started soon, we plan to come back and watch some Dodgers games in the bar. Whether you’re looking for superb dining or a relaxed bar to watch your fave sport, you can’t go wrong at The Ramp!

food was great - always is (aside from the one hiccup i had the last time) - towards the end, i think our server forgot about us - we were going to order two cheesecakes but since he took so long, we just grabbed our bill. we will be back soon!

Dined here first time on Valentine's Day. They had a custom menu for the day in addition to regular menu. There were so many choices we wanted to try. We had chicken cordon blue on the Vday menu and the Frank sinatra beef and pasta from the regular menu. Both were delicious and the service was incredible even on the Holiday. We will definately be back to try other items in the future!

My husband has been trying to convince me to stop here for years without success until last night. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Definitely a case of "don't judge a book by its cover" or its proximity to the freeway on-ramp. The first thing I saw when we came in was an amazing display of unique martini glasses of every style and era. There's a card by the host stand with the story of those glasses, and it took the display from interesting to a lovely memorial to a remarkable woman that I'm sorry I never got to meet. As martinis are my drink of choice, I got the Classic vodka martini, dirty, and it was ice cold and perfect. My husband ordered the mai tai. He's sampled them in tiki bars across the country and this on his top 5 list. We left just before the live music started. Highly recommend. This is a charming, old school, mostly locals bar and restaurant . Great staff, excellent cocktails, old school atmosphere .

A great old school restaurant, from someone who grew up on the central coast going places like The Hitching Post in Casmalia/Buellton. The menu is vast, our food was quite good, our server was exceptional, and the noise was deafening. Come with someone you don't care if you talk to ;) lol
