I have been coming here for a few years. The last couple times service has been absolutely terrible. Do not come here. Go elsewhere.
First incident, it took 20 minutes for them to ask what we wanted to drink or have for hookah. Throughout the night had to constantly flag down the waiter to ask about our drink refills.
Today’s incident: Again, took about 15-20min from the time we got seated for them to check on us.
We asked for coals and it took 30 minutes for them to come by.
I have already brought this terrible service to their attention but they seem like they don’t care.
It's one of those Hookah places that were lucky that they were grandfathered in because they get to serve food and alcohol
Parking: It's an area where there's many parking garages, that have multiple levels so try to find the closest one

We asked for a cup of water- I was told I cannot get a cup of water- I have to buy a drink in order to get a cup of water- we had ordered a lot of food. California law does not state that I have to order a drink in order to get a cup of water - ridiculous policy- this is against CA policy -greedy - this place charges 22percent gratuity even when you are less than 4 persons and your bill is less than $100
Don’t come here they denied me water unless I bought bottled and oh be ready for a 25$ gravity charge on your bill never been to a restaurant denying tap water unless u buy a drink I don’t drink soda so wasn’t able to get tap water

Food was ok. My friend and I had salads and both were soaked in very sour dressing. Service was slow or non-existent. It was 2pm in the afternoon and not that busy. Surprised to see the bill that included a 18% gratuity. Not worth it.
