Food was good but service was weak the old guy took forever when we were done with our food they wanna bring drinks and I left my glasses i called them they guy pick up was rude hangup on me I tried to call back no answer . Then they took it off the hook my cousin tried calling and it was busy . . Been calling for about an hour now nothing so I guess no glasses over food was good ..

First time here. Came in on a Wednesday for dinner. We were quickly served chips a side of delicious salsa but the side of beans were spoiled. (Frijoles acedos). I ordered the machaca wet burrito. One of my favorites. I was really looking forward to this. Once my dinner was brought out. I tried to cut the burrito/tortilla with the side of the fork. It would not cut through. I used the fork and knife provided. Ah ha!! The flour tortilla was not cooked through. I let the waiter know to let the cook know this was not acceptable. I took the tortilla off. I am not eating a semi raw flour tortilla. No, thank you I do not want a replacement. I ate the machaca beef which was delicious and perfectly seasoned with green peppers and onion. The cheese and sauce topping burrito was good too. It did have a good portion of machaca for a $15 wet burrito. Sorry I am not coming here again. You only get one chance.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I tried the molcajete for the first time yesterday, it was delicious and bountiful! It was $50 but there was plenty for three of us and we took leftovers home. Yum!

Had lunch here today. Food was amazing, staff were super friendly. I had the green chile enchiladas they were the bomb. Bean dip is great also. Would definately recommend.

Fab local Mexican restaurant that's been in Burbank since 1971. Nothing fancy but really good food. Their cheese enchiladas are my my favorite (#7). They can serve margaritas but nothing sophisticated. Best to stick to very basic cocktails or beer. Their salsa is very good. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars.
I have been going to this place since childhood. I always got the Chile Colorado dinner, and to this day still order the same. It's absolutely the best 😁

It was a little dark, traditional mexican decorations, nice ambiance with mexican music playing softly. They have a brunch that comes with champagne, mimosa or orange juice. I got the chile Verde chilaquiles, my husband got the chorizo breakfast. The sauce on mine, was delicious, the eggs I got scrambled and they were perfect. I has grilled chicken a d that too was perfect, tasty and thin sliced. My husband loved his burrito, big portions we took half of each of our meals home. Definitely a place we will come back again to, friendly staff, decent prices and great food.

I got food poisoning from the shrimp fajitas & was so sick I had to go to the hospital. I had eaten here before the Pandemic with my friend & it was much better then. Service is friendly but super slow. Good margaritas but the seasoning on the food was güero style... Where's the sabor?? Pretty bland... But none of that matters because I got food poisoning. Avoid this spot, amigos.

This is my go to spot in Burbank. I really enjoy their 2 for 1 one item combo special on Monday and Tuesday. They have really solid chips and salsa and beans, superb margaritas, and their crispy tacos are wonderful. I'd say I go at least once a week and I have had nothing but a great experience with all of their wait staff and bartenders.
