Such a fun and nostalgic decor. The Reuben was delicious and the service, delightful. I always enjoy coming here. It’s fun to sit at a sidewalk table and watch the activity on the boulevard.
Simplicity is the name of the game here. From the food to the old-fashioned atmosphere, this is a much smaller place than I expected. The food is good, simple, but not outstanding. And maybe, that’s the point. While the burger wasn’t a wow, it sufficed. The atmosphere really sells itself. From the 50’s decore to the old rock n roll music playing from an actual jukebox to the black and white tiled floor, this is a solid attempt at replicating a 50’s restaurant. Food here...
I went here over 10 years ago and I still tell people about their 1000 islands + peanut butter burger wizardry. It really stuck with me. The staff were so nice - definitely going back next time I'm in town!! <3
