It's under new ownership. The food is amazing. Customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is very trendy and there's always parking available. I will definitely dine here again!

This place never disappoints. There quality of there food and meat always on point never comes different every time I order to go it's the same and very delicious. There portions are a lot and they are pricey but it's worth every dollar. Recommend the Soltani plate, the chicken wings.

Such a hidden gem! Small inside, friendly staff, and quick service. I ordered the chicken breast plate and the beef plate. The chicken was my personal favorite, and was so juicy and tender. Both came with rice, onion and tomato. Pita and pickled veggies are free and I ordered appetizer hummus for 3.50 I would definitely come back / order to-go here.

It's the best kabob!! So fresh and tender! So delicious!! The rice is so exquisite and buttery! I love their Ghorme sabzi!! Just like home made! No other place has this good taste and quality! I have been to all the Persian restaurants here in Glendale and other cities., but I just love the food in this place! We have been going there for years! It might not be a fancy place, but the food is so good! All my family loves it! It deserves the best rating!!

I have been at many persian restaurants in LA, but this place is something else. If you want to feel you are eating home-made food, this is the place you should go to. A very cozy restaurant with amazing food. Juicy kabobs, the rice is perfectly made, no baking soda in the food... I have a very sensitive stomach and out of 5 places 3 of them give me stomach pain. But I didn't have any problems eating this delicious food.. this place is HIGHLY recommended. Do try the "Barg kabob" and you'll know what I'm talking about. OMG!!!!!

I was a little turned off from them charging me an extra $1 for 2 little butters and another 1$ for a few pieces of bread...I've been to a lot of kabob places in burbank and Glendale. Most restaurants are very accommodating and they give extra stuff. Be careful ordering extra napkins they may charge you lol always ask the price for anything extra ....the chicken kabob plate only comes with the tomato, chicken, and rice. Ive been to other places and they include a salad. It's all about preference, but personally me this probably wouldn't be my first choice... I love panini cafe

I've gone here a few times, too bad the customer service is horrible. This last time the price online and on the menu and what he charged me did not match at all. He was charging extra to get salad instead of rice, when all places do it as a courtesy. Won't be going back.
