32 dollars for burger and fries. The guy was not nice-had a question about the confusing menu and he acted like we were ridiculous
Not sure why the hate. Breakfast burrito was dialed !
How does food this high calorie taste so bland? Turn off the deflavorizing magnets!
Love loaded bloody Mary’s and this had all the snacks. Perfect!
My husband and I went to this restaurant on our way home at the Burbank airport. we had a waitress named McKenna. When we got to the restaurant, there was nobody up front. We waited there for about 10 minutes and nobody came so we started looking around to see if there were any signs that said if we seat ourselves or we needed to wait to be seated. Since there were no signs to be seen, so we went and sat down at a table. All the tables have QR codes to get the menu so we figured that also pointed at seating ourselves. We sat at the table for about 10 minutes or so and finally the waitress, McKenna, came over and pushed the menus at us and rudely asks us, “if we just came in here and sat down or someone sat us here”. When we told her there was no one upfront and there were no signs, after 10 minutes we decided to just seat ourselves. . She then rudely says, “is this how you behave when you go to an Olive Garden! you just walk in like you own the place and just sit wherever you want!” After a few more rude comments out of her mouth, we decided to just get up and leave.
After leaving, I was still really upset so I went back and asked her if there was a manager there and she told us there was no manager so I asked her for her name and left again. Being still pretty upset I went back in and asked her to get me anybody but her to talk to at that time. (this time when we come in, we hear her over talking to another customer at a table, telling them how we Think we are better than everybody else and just walk into a restaurant and sit down and do whatever we want)
Finally, another employee that was working, went and got someone for us. She was very nice and went above and beyond . She ended up getting our snacks at another stand in the airport. I really really appreciated the last lady and her help. As I was almost in tears from the other lady.
I really hope that this restaurant does something about the behavior of McKenna and hire more employees like the one that we dealt with at the end. I really wish I would’ve got her name.
Only place to get coffee early in the morning at BUR. Plenty of staff but opened 20 min late.
saw the bacon mac n cheese burger, thought it looked appetizing. i ask the cashier if it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. the stuff on normal burgers. he says no, to my relief. so, i order a bacon mac n cheese burger with no onions (those come with it). once i was done waiting, the burger i ordered is a completely different item. when i tell the workers thats its wrong, they make a new bacon mac n cheese burger. starving and tired, im looking forward to a nice meal that i paid 25 dollars for. however, i see that there is LETTUCE AND TOMATOES AND MORE on my burger. it's too bad, because the workers are very nice and the burgers themselves aren't bad.
i got the achiote chicken tacos and a couple of citrus old fashioneds to drink. Tacos were great and so were the drinks...very boozy! The gals who do the service are 5 star...very attentive!!! Loved it!
Paid $18 for a pint of beer, never again.
The only positive outcome of this was the friendly waitress. I tried to have breakfast at his restaurant inside burbank airport. Never had heartburn in my life. 2 hours later sat in the plane and my chest, throat were on fire. I was not well. I thought I should exit the aircraft but I pushed through. Never again. Absolutely horrible

Had low expectations on the atmosphere based on the location and yes, it's an airport kitchen and bar in Burbank. Seating was extremely limited, Service was prompt. From ordering to receiving food, it was barely 10mins. so kudos there.
Granted a Guy Fieri burger with bacon and mac a cheese won't scream health food, the burger was overly greasy and had very dull flavor. Overall, not
impressed with the quality of the burger, specially when it is close to 30$.

This place deserves more stars! The brisket tacos were incredible and they had one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever tasted. Of course, the atmosphere is what you’d expect from an airport but who caaaaarrreeess. LAX COULD NEVER COMPETE! (Heheh)
