I had seen this place many times over and tonight I decided to try it. The girl who took my order wasn't happy when at put 0 for tip. Come on you give tip for service provide not because you take my order. Why is everyone so entitled. The food was OK nothing special.

Superb onion rings. I totally recommend you try their half & half side instead of making your burger/sandwich a combo if youre sharing with anyone. This l9cation is out in a clump of this huge Burbank Empire shopping plaza by OutBack and BevMo.

My boyfriend and I were feeling a good burger, I searched up near places on google maps and this place came up. I ordered the Maui burger with avocado added and my boyfriend ordered the California burger. Both burgers were very delicious, the meat patties were juicy and all the ingredients were fresh too. The fries were also delicious. We went at night for dinner, since there’s other places at that shopping center the parking was a bit full but we got lucky. We’re definitely coming back.

First time ever going in this restaurant I was not greeted I said hello to the lady and she didn't even acknowledge me I asked for well done Burger they just said turkey burger when I got to my place it was barely even cooked and the same lady that didn't want to say hello she picked her nose and then picked up a cup and poured beer in it unsanitary

Hook Burger is delicious, when they yell “SPICY” you know the foods gonna smack. Never disappoints, sandwhich is crispy and tasty, French fries are crisp, staff is great, etc.
I got COVID here. Never coming back again! Fries and drink together cost as much as the burger. It’s not a good deal. Hard pass!

Tuesday night has arrived once again, and tonight, it was burger night. We scanned the map for a good place, and we ended up bumping into Hooked. It looks a little like a Shakeshack, but the food is much better. They use brioche buns, a variety of cheeses and sauces, but one of the things I appreciated the most as an Italian, is that they use rucola mixed with the lettuce, which gives it a much nicer taste. The employees were all very polite. They helped out a group seated on 2 tables with children, which started making a disaster almost as soon as they arrived, they also almost blocked the walkway so they could sit near eachother, with tons of seats to choose from. The employees cleaned up their mess with a smile and provided a highchair as requested, they also provide table service.
Parking: The Hangar 28 parking is large, but it also gets pretty full. I always find parking, but you may need to walk a bit.
Kid-friendliness: The place was full of kids making messes when I went. They will accept even Tasmanian devils.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not possible alone, but the employees will help you with the door if they see you.
