This was always my go to spot but after what happened on 4/13/2024 at around 10PM I will no longer be coming here. Me and 4 friends walked in and got seated right away. Our waiter had a little bit of attitude and was completely lost, he kept interrupting us while we were ordering and when my friends little sister that is 12 years old ordered off the kid menu. He said to her “ that is only for little kids” (then looks at her) and continues to say “ but just this one time I’ll let it slide” and still managed to get 3/5 of our orders wrong. After ordering it, it took them about an hour and 8 minutes to get our food even though it was lonely. My pancakes were hard and a little burnt but the steak omelette was perfectly fine. The mac and cheese with fries (kids menu item) had light flavor and pasta was still a tiny bit undercooked. The 3 sandwiches that my friends ordered but they had to remake it because they gave us the wrong sandwich. Said that the crispy chicken was very dry but other than that it was perfectly. And on top of that non of us ever got a refill on our drinks. As a worker in customer service I feel embarrassed and very disappointed with how poorly this service was.

Pancakes good. But paid over $16 for bacon/cheese brown omelet...it was not good! Way too brown with black stuff...probably cooked on dirty grill.

IHOP is not how used to be,their vision is not quality,it is quantity,to start our server was a new server that I asked for a old breakfast sandwich ,she did not know,but I know they can make it,service was not great,our server disappeared and I never saw her,I asked to the manager for my check,the portions and the quality of their food no great,any way I think this experience make me to think twice before visiting this brand names of restaurants,my local coffee shop do a better service and quality than this brand.

I ordered one of the least expensive items on the menu and water. The waitress treated me like I was one of her best friends. The place was packed. I wish I had noted her name so I could give her a shot out. The food was pretty good too.

Good atmosphere and plenty of parking. Took a long time to get water and didnt have strawberry syrup so I needed to borrow from another table. I believe they didnt have enough staff for the dinner rush. Not employees fault.

We couldn't tell if this location was short staff or the staff was very very new. Service was slow, one order/meal wasn't give to the chef, drinks were missed. She came to the table with a tablet and tried to recall what was ordered to input into the tablet because I wanted a receipt. I still had to correct the errors on the receipt. Family got upset with me for paying and not making her use their credit card with my cash.Parking: It's small, so it can fill up quickly.

I take my wife to fancier places, and I often compare our meals with IHOP. I know I probably shouldn't, but I've gotten so used to my breakfast favorite (steak tips and eggs with pancakes and hashbrowns), that if I go elsewhere I am saddened if I get a lesser breakfast, usually for more money. Ihop always gets it right!

First off I was seated with my employee and we ordered. he ordered the 2x2x2 and I ordered the Colorado omelet with pancakes. it took nearly 30 min to get the food and when it arrived it was cold. First time in any IHOP I've ever been to. when i brought it up to the waitress who needed to be flagged down she asked if I wanted it or if they should remake it. The manager brought back the sloppily make replacement within 10 min. the service was terrible and the waitress wasn't too friendly either.I WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAINWARNING IF YOU LIKE COFFEE DONT GET IT HERE SMALL PITCHERS.Parking: The parking lot is very tight

The food waffle was overly done almost burnt on the top and mushy on the bottom.It took 25 mins for the only waitress to take my order.There were only 2 other tables of people, not more than 4 people at each table.I was left so long I changed my mind twice before I got to order.My breakfast took another 20 mins to get to the table.I felt as though my presence wasn't wanted or appreciated.When I came in, I was in the back by what looks like the kitchen, I watched the cooks cooking.They looked at me up and down and turned their heads, both of them.I was taken to a seat far across the restaurant, away from the other 2 tables.The waitresses offered to take my food back to be recorded.I told her that I don't send food back and that I was leaving.I told the Mgr on my way out.She said it was fine.My first experience of racism this year.I will not be going back and I would recommend you do the same.I would never give them a chance to screw my food up further.Who the hell cooks an almost burnt on top waffle with a soft mushy bottom.That was done on purpose, which is why you got stuck with it.IHOP your cooks need to go back to culinary school and GRADUATE.
