It’s Boba Time- Burbank Downtown

Fun drinks!!!?This is our easy go to spot for some sweet boba.

1) Food: I ordered a regular sized strawberry banana smoothie. It tasted pretty good, the texture was just right, and the sweetness wasn't too much either. I would recommend it!
2) Service: You can order through a cashier or through the Ipads at the front. The Ipads only take card though. The person who took my order was professional, concise, and efficient.
3) Atmosphere: There is limited seating-only enough space for about several people. The establishment is clean overall, but the music is a bit too loud.

Parking: Parking on the street is a bit difficult. You should park in the public parking lot which is only a short walk away from the restaurant.

Mm. I walked in the the guy was just kind of looking at me while I was deciding. Like I stood to the side to make it clear I was deciding. Like I was looking at the menu. But then also I bought their macarons.their macarons were old. The shells were soft. And they tasted off. They should have been discounted macarons. I need to figure out how to get a refund because what a disappointment.

I understand that businesses need to hustle take every penny they can from their customers, but the fact that this business charges one dollar extra if you order a drink with no ice is absolutely criminal. It’s very difficult to support a company when they do such dirty business. This is so wrong on so many different levels. Even if this post can change your mind not to support this business, it would be wonderful because at least we can try to get them to change this criminal activity.

Yesterday was the day I got a chance to try this boba location. I been to It's Boba Time before at other location but not this one since they open. I parked at a structure nearby to avoid doing the street parking because it's on a busy street. When I walked in, I think I was their first customer of the day. A worker greeted me, so I asked about the green apple slush. I asked him how sweet was the drink and he said he never tried it but heard it's sweet. So he recommended that I get it at 75% sweetness on the drink. My drink came out quick and I thought getting it at 75% was a good choice because it wasn't too sweet like before.

Parking: There a lot of parking spot to choose from here so I would recommend not parking on the street if you can.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly and has some seats inside if you want to eat or drink inside.
