When picking up my online order today I was greeted with Terrible service the staff seems to have attitude for no reason . Taking out what ever there going through on the customer , if I was the manager/owner I would reevaluate my employees immediately . We all have bad days but people shouldn't be made part of it . There's empathy than sympathy .

Would it be possible to get the employees to care a little?
I’ve went a few times over the past 3 years and never once had a good experience. High schoolers go basically throw your order at you. If you can even get them to acknowledge you.

This was the worst boba tea I’ve ever had and I get boba frequently. I decided to try a new spot and it tasted absolutely horrible. The employee didn’t know the menu or the ingredients, so she was very unhelpful when I was asking about some of the options.
Love this place! Drinks was really good and they give you a lot of boba! Will back whenever we're in California!

Coming in 9pm on a Saturday no wait but staff was cleaning and being kind but kept to themselves till I called up 3x to order great conversation on what was best on the menu and what the best boba was left in good time with good drinks will come again ?
