Loved the Costco-sized bubble tea option here. Ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea and it tasted great! Service was quick and easy, staff was friendly, place was clean, easy to find parking at the time (close to 2pm).
Asked for boba ice tea,
She said guava with boba is not to good,
I said, is not Guava is boba,
She said, oh is boba not guava.
Handed me a guava.
When told never offer to fix it.
Took my guava put it in d trash,
Walked away, never again.
Dubai Chocolate Frappe ✨
This is fantastic!! I LOVED it!! Great chocolate flavor. Not overly sweet. Love the textures from the crunchy pistachio bits and crispy kataifi flakes! It features pistachio and matcha flavors with chocolate. I can see why this is a customer favorite!!
This is my second Boba time location in a few weeks. I would like to say that the experience is really consistent and the quality of the Boba is also very consistent which I like.
They were rude and played curse music really not good for my kids to hear .smoothie was good though
I like getting either a matcha smoothie or galaxy ice tea here. Sometimes with extra boba.
The service was fast even though it was busy.
Other Boba Times are better, they don’t care here and our drinks were bland. Go to a different location
When picking up my online order today I was greeted with Terrible service the staff seems to have attitude for no reason . Taking out what ever there going through on the customer , if I was the manager/owner I would reevaluate my employees immediately . We all have bad days but people shouldn't be made part of it . There's empathy than sympathy .

Would it be possible to get the employees to care a little?
I’ve went a few times over the past 3 years and never once had a good experience. High schoolers go basically throw your order at you. If you can even get them to acknowledge you.

This was the worst boba tea I’ve ever had and I get boba frequently. I decided to try a new spot and it tasted absolutely horrible. The employee didn’t know the menu or the ingredients, so she was very unhelpful when I was asking about some of the options.
