I walked in for my pick up order at 3:45 PM on 4/16/24. It was pretty crowded in there so I was kindly saying, excuse me to the customers and they nicely let me through. I was in the correct spot to pick up my drink. the girl at the counter near the pick up window was so rude. She was mad dogging me and actually snarled at me like an animal when I approached the pick up window! I told her my name and she rolled her eyes at me I wish I got her name, but I believe she was of Hispanic descent, she had thick dark hair her hair was up she and she had a horrible attitude. I was trying to be nice but this girl definitely wanted to start drama with me for no reason. I literally said thank you and she said nothing and just huffed and walked away. She was rolling her eyes the whole time. It was unbelievable. Who has a visibly bad attitude working at a Boba shop especially when it's super crowded in there and other customers can see her doing that?? No one is forcing her to work there and as far as I am concerned, she should be fired. You don't bring your bad crappy attitude to work what a spoiled disgusting brat. I'm going to look for another Boba spot because I don't even want to drink my drink anymore due to that interaction. I really hope she did not make it with her horrible energy all over it forget this place. Hire nicer, more friendly people. This is just ridiculous.

it was my first time trying this place. I got a small strawberry banana smoothie. It took about 2 minutes to make. It tasted like strawberry banana ice chips. I saw real fruit in the back so I assumed there would be real fruit my smoothie. Maybe there was but I didn't see or taste any strawberry seeds. If there was real fruit in it there was maybe 1 strawberry & 1/4 of a banana. $6 for flavored ice. I'll make mine at home from now on. Service was good.

I tried the matcha Thai tea with boba, which seems to be a newer item on the menu, and it was really good! This place also has non-dairy milk that you can get with your drink which I appreciated. My drink was really good and I would totally get it again. It wasn't too sweet, but just the right balance to highlight the Matcha, the Thai tea and the boba. When I got there, there was definitely a long line ahead of me. A group of 12 people literally walked in right in front of me. I still only had to wait like 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, which was impressive, considering how many drinks are in front of me. They definitely have a large menu with a lot of different tea, flavors and combinations you can get for bubble tea. They also have slushies and even popcorn chicken, and some other food items. I've had a lot of classic drinks from here and do appreciate that they have a menu with the sellers or seasonal items that can help you pick if you don't know what you want or want to try something new. There is a couple of tables for indoor seating. The store does get pretty cramped when there is a long line of people. Most people will just stand off to the side and wait for their drink so when it's busy, that is the main reason why it gets pretty cramped. Otherwise, you could wait outside, but there aren't really tables outside so most people tend to take their drinks to go. The service is friendly and kind. Definitely seems to be a popular place for people to come and get boba!

It's so sweet , too much sugar and artificial sweeteners and flavors. Never tasty, I tried almost every drink to find something nice but couldn't.

We love Boba and usually order from the Glendale location but it was closed. Ordered the coconut strawberry smoothie and there was no strawberry syrup in any of the 3 we ordered. It tasted like cardboard with boba.

Cool and clean spot to get a tea, coffee, or cookies. It can get busy but the staff are usually able to fill the orders quickly. Wait time depends on foot traffic, time of day, and weather. This location has free parking nearby which is a plus.

I love this Boba Time location. They make the boba smoothies fairly quickly. At night time on weekends, this location gets busy and sometimes out of the door but during the weekdays/nights, it is chill. I recommend checking out their Top Boba Time Flavors as they are very popular and spot-on with the best ranked flavors. I have tried many flavors but usually opt for the Taro, Mango, Strawberry, Milk Teas, Pistachio, Honeydew Flavors with boba included. The Kale Avocado Smoothie is really good if you want something more health conscious (it doesn't taste like kale, just a really refreshing green colored smoothie). If you want food, they do offer some snack food options. I was in the mood for some chicken so I ordered their snack popcorn chicken and it's good. It's very spicy and the quantity was reasonable.

The service is always great, and they make the best Boba drinks in town! We love the new food menu items!

Great service lots of options for boba and drinks, tastes yummy. But sometimes it's very Crowded and a bit of a wait. Most boba times have a very cute interior which is clean but on the smaller side. Over all very cool.
