worst jack in the box. had a disappointing first experience after they reopened. called their phone to discuss getting my order corrected, they never pick up, and they never called me back.
tried them again today and my burger doesnt have a bottom bun, they jiffed me of 2 tacos, and couldn't even give me the sauce I wanted. once again, no answer when you call them.
instead of spending so much money on their rebuild, mayne they should have spent some on training...read full review
