3/5 stars - Mixed Experience at Jack in the Box
I recently visited Jack in the Box and had a mixed experience. On the bright side, some of the personnel were friendly and provided good service and information. The food was good and the facility was clean, which was a plus.
However, some staff members in the drive-thru seemed impatient, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, the app was faulty and the workers didn't seem to know much about it, which was frustrating.
Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite, but they could work on streamlining their service and training their staff.

They put regular fries instead of curly fries. It was an online order so they seal the bag and i didnt find out until i got to work and was unable to resolve their incompetence i only ate the sourdough, not a fan of reg fries. I dont think ill be returning to that jack again.

Took my nephew there the other day he wanted to get some chicken strips. I mean it's a Jack In The Box what are you really expect from it , most of the tables were dirty how to grab some paper towels myself and clean it . you would think it would be cleaner since you're in Burbank
Their chicken strips are very good and is paired great fully with the Good Good sauce they provide.

The restroom was disgusting there was a bunch of poop in the toilet and the sink had a lot of graffiti. My daughter put no onions when we were ordering the food, when it came out there were a bunch of onions on her burger. Other than that everything else was good, but we won’t be coming back.
