A few days ago I stopped by to get breakfast in the morning, I decided to go inside of the location, I wanted to eat inside. I approached the counter, while looking at the menu, this gentleman, whom I assume is the manager, walks up to counter and begins yelling at me. He stated that if I see that he is busy that I have to use the kiosk. Not even a good morning or a welcome to Jack in the box. First of all if you are busy how about you put up a sign stating use kiosk. It's not my fault that you are under staffed during peak hours in the morning. I've been a customer of this location for over 25 years, ever since I moved to Burbank, it's in my neighborhood. It's sad that corporations don't care about customer service anymore, they put these kiosks in and expect the customers to do their job, what's next? Cooking our own food? You've lost a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business to the Sun Valley location from now on.

Went thru the drive thru, one car ahead of me. They took forever, they were very slow. I asked for grape jelly and they gave me strawberry.

NO 24 HS DRIVE Through. Either their system is a piece of crap or people don't wanna work. SEVERAL times on Sunday between 3:30-4:30 AM they say " the system is down" and they can't take orders. Didn't wanna leave a bad review but is not once or twice, today was the " that's it" time. 4:02 AM 02-09-25. I guess it was my last time visiting this store.

It's a shame that they don't have trained staff for the high demand they have from diners. Since I spent my half lunch waiting and they never attended to me. They left me waiting and went to serve the window... I always came there to eat and they served me quickly. The staff they had before was more efficient...

The place is super super dirty, they don't clean the tables, the floors and it doesn't make you want to eat in a place like that, if that's how the restaurant is, how will the kitchen be? nopppp

I just bought a chicken sandwich the number 14 and was asked if I wanted cheese I said yes and I eat the sandwich with no cheese… so why did they ask?? Plus reguler fries in stead of curly?? Bro I’m dead ☠️☠️☠️☠️I’m working up the street I’ll be back about this… still don’t see the cheese!!

My first time trying the bacon double smashed burger and I was truly impressed, if they taste as good as the one I got at this location I definitely got a new favorite. Keep up the great work!
