Took my nephew there the other day he wanted to get some chicken strips. I mean it's a Jack In The Box what are you really expect from it , most of the tables were dirty how to grab some paper towels myself and clean it . you would think it would be cleaner since you're in Burbank
The restroom was disgusting there was a bunch of poop in the toilet and the sink had a lot of graffiti. My daughter put no onions when we were ordering the food, when it came out there were a bunch of onions on her burger. Other than that everything else was good, but we won’t be coming back.
I order through the app to get the points and deals and do the pick up at the location. This is a great Jack-in-the-Box with great customer service. Just be sure to check your order because everybody makes mistakes sometimes.
