Woah guys, I walked in 5 months pregnant and hungry for a health smoothie and got turned down service for the first time in my life because the store was backed up. Wow Jamba that's terrible. This store manager at this location is clearly not doing his:her job or not hiring competent employees. Who turns down customers?!? I wasn't even given an option to wait longer, just got told "hey we stopped serving customers coz we are backed up" so unprofessional. Get your shit together guys!

This place is a joke. Last time I was here 3 weeks ago and I ordered an açaí bowl and they had no fruits to top it with. Today 10/18 I came again and ordered another açaí bowl and they had a banana but it's green and when I asked "if the banana was good since it's still green and they were having a hard time peeling it off" - the cashier Chris (it was supposedly his last day) said that's all we have I'll give you a refund. Not even an apology or anything. This place is slowly going down. Tsk tsk tsk

I've been going to this Jamba juice for the last 15 years, I really like it, peopke are very fast and friendly, I highly recommend the apple and greens.

So I have been at this location a few times. But just this past Monday on 7/31. I went in the evening and picked up to greens and apple and orange dream machine. All I can say is that me and my wife have been sick to our stomach since that day. We are have had upset stomachs since Monday evening, we are very aware about our bodies, with water intake and electrolytes, the heat. I will say we usually eat at home. We had no food from anywhere else other than our home, which was very lite. Food poisioning, something else. I just know I will avoid this location from now on.

Jamba juice Empire center, they do not have a single nutritional brochure in the store. So much for caring about the public's health or allergies. Just teens in store no manager. Poorly managed store. When some child is hospitalized because of an allergy, thus post will be the alert the management will be convicted with.

My order took too long considering there was only one other person inside when I arrived, workers were busy chatting it up with a high school aged kid. Ordered a protein berry workout whey smoothie which was mostly ice, it tasted so bland. There were a couple chunks of bananas still intact, and they must’ve thrown in only one strawberry in there. Disappointed with my drink today.
Gotcha Matcha consisted of like 70% ice and the Acai bowl was nice, but too little granola though if you compare with other bowls in town. The size also wasn't that big. Wouldn't go there again, there's better options

I am just leaving this place now. There was absolutely nobody in the store when I ordered 2 smoothies. I watched this kid help two customers that arrived after me and make their drinks first. Meanwhile my smoothies were melting in the blender. This kid actually cupped my melted smoothies and gave it to me. I asked him why he left my smoothies in the bender to melt to attend customers who arrived after me... he was speechless. I asked for their names as there were two kids working... one didn't give me his name I'm thinking bc he just took my order while the other Asian kid said his name was Eric and changed it to Jerrick??? DO BETTER JAMBA JUICE!!! There was nobody in there to be soo sloppy.
