Brother. Thank you once again.
This place sucks, these guys never call u back and don’t care about anything. Complete trash costumer service.
Horrible delivery employees. From start to finish they were aweful. They came to our store and talked a big talk how they have their own “superbowl commercials”, were some exclusive haagen-dazs distributor. The only haagen-dazs the driver would ever bring was 2 flavors of the tiny little cups, and vanilla ice cream bars. The delivery driver never showed up, didn’t bring anything good at all.. He would come maybe once a month or longer or just stop showing up all together til we had to call and complain where he was at. He would show up like we were bothering him. Anything we ordered never came. He set up a little Debbie’s rack, yet they wouldn’t bring little Debbie’s products. The only reason we signed a contract with them is because they sold little Debbie’s and the Ne-Mos cakes that every gas station and 7-11 has. We got maybe 2 orders of the cakes within 8 months and they sold out the same day. Everytime we ordered them we called the boss and he assured us “the driver would be there tomorrow with them”. But nope, never got them and the driver never even showed up. The driver said “it was a hassle for him to go get them in warehouse” ummm that’s your job…..Told them to get lost and cancled the contract. It’s easier to just go to wholesale stores and buy stuff yourself as we constantly had to do.
Dealing with Jeff and Tony’s DSD was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a client. Lack of communication, and a complete absence of accountability made this one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Every interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you're looking for a company that actually delivers on what they promise, this isn’t it. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Wouldn’t recommend, communication was poor, and the staff acted like they didn’t care. Totally unprofessional from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a masterclass in how not to run a distribution company, look no further than Jeff and Tony’s DSD. The level of unprofessionalism was almost impressive—rudeness, arrogance, and dishonesty all wrapped up in one infuriating experience. They talk a big game, but the only thing they seem to deliver consistently is excuses and attitude. It’s honestly laughable how little they care about customer service or accountability. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a pizza, let alone manage distribution. Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else.
no passion for the subject matter or professionalism

Jeff and Tony's: A Disappointing Experience with Unprofessionalism
I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Jeff and Tony's, the only distributor of Haagen-Dazs products in Santa Monica, California, as referred by Nestlé.
A month and a half ago, I contacted Jeff and Tony's to create an account and place an order for my small convenience store. Despite being assured by the receptionist that someone would return my call within an hour, three weeks passed without any response, despite numerous follow-up attempts.
In the fourth week, Dave Castle visited my store unexpectedly. When I asked to create an account and place an order, he attempted to push a free fridge on me, which would require me to make monthly orders. Familiar with this tactic, I declined and expressed my preference to place orders as needed. He seemed displeased but assured me that I could call to place an order once I had my own fridge.
Despite his assurances, when I called after acquiring a fridge, I received no response or callback. Three weeks later, David Dabich informed me that Nestlé does not sell ice cream to small businesses like mine. However, Nestlé contradicted this statement when I reached out to them directly.
The professionalism, communication, and overall manner of dealing with customers at Jeff and Tony's are severely lacking. This raises concerns about whether Nestlé is aware of how its distributor treats small businesses. It appears that Jeff and Tony's, being the sole distributor in the area, may be taking advantage of their position, acting unethically and unprofessionally.
It's a great place to work. When i first got my class A i was struggling to find me a job because companies were looking for max of 1 to 2 years of experience and this was the company that opened up the doors to me.It was a Mon- Fri job great people. Definitely recommend joining their team ? ?
