Manager was a real douche I think he went by the name of Luis or Louie very very tall man did greet us when we walked to the door asked if we were just gonna stand there or order something horrible horrible experience wish they would get another manager in there, but the staff was great. The rest of the staff was awesome.

After a really disappointing experience at the Studio City Jersey Mike’s, I drove 12 minutes to this location on Hollywood Way in Burbank—and let me tell you, it was like night and day.

The staff here were welcoming, professional, and on point. They greeted me with smiles, actually listened to my order, and made the sandwich with care (and the right portion size!). The place was clean, the energy was great, and it honestly restored my faith in the Jersey Mike’s brand.

I’m from Point Pleasant, New Jersey—where Jersey Mike’s was born. So yeah, I take this brand personally. It’s a taste of home for me. And this location? It got it right. Big shoutout to the team here for doing things the Jersey Mike’s way. I’ll be coming back to this one from now on.

Service and food were great, one of my favorite places to get sandwiches.

Rain has made my sandwich twice now, and both times, the place was extremely busy. Despite the rush, they still took the time to make my sandwich perfectly. Their attention to detail and consistency, even under pressure, really stand out! There are closer Jersey Mike’s locations, but I always end up coming here because the workers are truly A++!

1/5 Stars - Appalling Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this sandwich place. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. When I attempted to take my bags, the manager abruptly snatched them out of my hands. This kind of aggression and disrespect towards customers is staggering.

To make matters worse, not a single employee was wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to identify anyone. When I asked for their names, they flat out refused to provide them. This lack of transparency and accountability is shocking.

The poor customer service and hostile behavior exhibited by the staff, particularly the manager, ensure that I will never be returning to this establishment. If you value being treated with respect and dignity, I would strongly advise against visiting this sandwich place.

I just had to take a moment to express my appreciation for Jordyn, who made my visit today truly exceptional! Her warm personality and can-do attitude immediately put me at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit - largely thanks to her outstanding service. Jordyn truly stands out as a shining star among the staff, and I believe she deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. Kudos to her, and I hope she's rewarded for her excellence!

Jersey Mike’s is the perfect spot for a delicious fast food sandwich when you're in a hurry and craving something healthy. I highly recommend this place!

They were busy making a large catering order but packed with staff when I walked in, I ordered a #1 (BLT) and the lady who took the order put another woman on the line who clearly had never made one before, seemed to not know they were on the menu. I almost walked out when she put barely on bacon on, had to ask her 4 times for Mike’s way with Mayo (she heard each time but seemed frazzled and kept asking what I wanted on the sandwich) and hot relish, she put about three times the normal amount of relish on. Don’t put a brand new employee who hasn’t been trained on the line at the beginning of lunch rush alone, good way to lose customers and new employees. Not super happy about how the sandwich turned out but I don’t argue in person with ppl and didn’t want to make a scene.

Like others have said the service here is terrible. I understand it gets busy but when asking a simple question there is no need to give attitude. Employees need to learn how to be more friendly.

Very bad experience instead of greeting customers as the other Hollywood way store 3015 N Hollywood Way Burbank does. I was told by employee next time you can ask us for your order when I was standing there didn’t even knowledge me. I did the mistake ordering at this store. I will make sure I triple check when I order.

The Service & Employees at this location are Rude and made it a personal “deal with it” experience. I ordered a Turkey & Provolone with Rosemary Bread toasted, the person fired up the grill and made a Philly Cheesesteak. Don’t know how he confused that but we asked if they can make the original Turkey & Provolone. The Manager rushed making the Turkey & Provolone as fast as he could and tossed it on the table without toasting The Sandwich. Left us speechless in the way how he handled the situation. It made me feel like I did him dirty in a past life over this sandwich… 1 star.
