I love the food, however the staff is slow and rude. My order is never ready on time when I order online. I still have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes what's the point. Other than that the sandwiches are good.

First time at this location. There is only family table the rest are for 2 seats which i don't mind, ended up seating outside due to being a bit stuffy in there. Reading from other reviewers and apparently this location isn't the best to come to. Didn't have any issues but the seating is very limited in there. Its okay to be honest.

Worst experience at this location. Apparently Employees don't wear name badges anymore and will not give out even first name. That's way they can be rude. We were ordering and my son was coming in from car to order a female long hair hispanic told is we have to go to end of line. If this staff was nicer i would have understood but no that didn't happen at all from the time we walked in. After i asked for her name she smerked and said we don't give out names anymore or wear name badges! Owner of this location bad choice! I will never again go to this location before a flight.

These small places need to come up with a system where all the drivers picking up orders should wait outside instead of sitting at the tables. I came in with friends wanting to eat inside but the tables were full with drivers waiting for their orders or they will leave their bag on the table because a new order came in. How do I know they were drivers? We still ordered to go.

I wanted a small side of lettuce and raw onions with my sandwich-nothing much more than would go on the sandwich itself. I was informed that they charged for the sides. This is a new policy by the store manager as per her employee, too many people were taking advantage of getting items on the side. Okay. What would they charge? Another $.75? $1.25? A little more?
No. The Store policy for a little bit of lettuce and raw onions- $9..50 (+/-) + Tax. DON'T GO THERE! If she treats her customers this way, one can only wonder how she treats her staff.

I’m exhausted. Ifound a jersey Mike’s 20 minutes before it closes. Go inside. Ask for a sandwich but they can’t make it because it’s gonna take 20 minutes because they decided to start clean up early

This Jersey Mike sucks, rather go to the one on Verdugo. Waited 5m just to be helped while being the only one in line. Lady gave me attitude when I reminded her that I asked for mustard. Then I get home and the sandwich tasted like the turkey was ran under the sink. Could not taste anything else but that. My fiancé always gets the same thing salami with pepperoni and no cheese in a bowl. Every other Jersey mikes charges for an Italian cause that’s what it is but with no cheese or the other meats that are included. Instead they decided to charge extra for this order as extra meat.
Long waits during lunch time. Waited about 30 minutes for my pastrami. Recommend getting a cold sandwich if you are in a hurry.

After 15 hours of traveling, my daughter and I decided on Jersey Mike's in the same parking lot as our hotel. Oscar was a breath of fresh air after a long day. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he made a connection with us. We'll be back to visit before we fly home! Thanks Oscar!!

I work in the same parking lot here and visit minimum once a week. They are under new management now and they decided it was a good idea to charge for substitutions. I’ve ordered the same sandwich for the last 5 years and have never been charged extra for swapping turkey out for ham. I get the club supreme but I can not eat turkey so I’ve always exchanged it for ham (a cheaper meat) I showed up to the register today and there was a $3 charge for xtra meat….which didn’t make sense as I did not get extra meat….i was informed that new management is now charging for substitutions. I’m not sure how you can get away with charging $3 for changing out turkey for ham but also to call it xtra meat makes no sense. I recommend going to the other jersey mikes in Burbank.

Came in to pick up a sub before a flight. 5 employees playing around. Took 8 minutes to start my order and 15 minutes to finish. I won't return to this store. Jersey Mike's is only as good as it's staff. This one, not so good.
