I love the food, however the staff is slow and rude. My order is never ready on time when I order online. I still have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes what's the point. Other than that the sandwiches are good.

First time at this location. There is only family table the rest are for 2 seats which i don't mind, ended up seating outside due to being a bit stuffy in there. Reading from other reviewers and apparently this location isn't the best to come to. Didn't have any issues but the seating is very limited in there. Its okay to be honest.

Worst experience at this location. Apparently Employees don't wear name badges anymore and will not give out even first name. That's way they can be rude. We were ordering and my son was coming in from car to order a female long hair hispanic told is we have to go to end of line. If this staff was nicer i would have understood but no that didn't happen at all from the time we walked in. After i asked for her name she smerked and said we don't give out names anymore or wear name badges! Owner of this location bad choice! I will never again go to this location before a flight.
These small places need to come up with a system where all the drivers picking up orders should wait outside instead of sitting at the tables. I came in with friends wanting to eat inside but the tables were full with drivers waiting for their orders or they will leave their bag on the table because a new order came in. How do I know they were drivers? We still ordered to go.

I wanted a small side of lettuce and raw onions with my sandwich-nothing much more than would go on the sandwich itself. I was informed that they charged for the sides. This is a new policy by the store manager as per her employee, too many people were taking advantage of getting items on the side. Okay. What would they charge? Another $.75? $1.25? A little more?
No. The Store policy for a little bit of lettuce and raw onions- $9..50 (+/-) + Tax. DON'T GO THERE! If she treats her customers this way, one can only wonder how she treats her staff.

I’m exhausted. Ifound a jersey Mike’s 20 minutes before it closes. Go inside. Ask for a sandwich but they can’t make it because it’s gonna take 20 minutes because they decided to start clean up early

This Jersey Mike sucks, rather go to the one on Verdugo. Waited 5m just to be helped while being the only one in line. Lady gave me attitude when I reminded her that I asked for mustard. Then I get home and the sandwich tasted like the turkey was ran under the sink. Could not taste anything else but that. My fiancé always gets the same thing salami with pepperoni and no cheese in a bowl. Every other Jersey mikes charges for an Italian cause that’s what it is but with no cheese or the other meats that are included. Instead they decided to charge extra for this order as extra meat.
