Watched the counter attendant this evening deliver the worst display of customer service I’ve witnessed in recent history. Taking every opportunity to audibly express his disdain and frustration with the simple requests being made by the customer in front of me, I decided to walk away rather than interact with him. It’s been about six hours and I’m still thinking how upsetting it was.

Charged me $7 for a small cup of milk for my daughter… Common problem as the only purveyor of dairy products beyond security, but most coffee shops understand the humanity of the situation and refrain from price gouging. Not this place!
Not only was the coffee bad, but also expensive. It rang up at $1 more than their listed price. A whopping 6.55 for barely drinkable coffee. When I mentioned this to the cashier, they said “I don’t know why they didn’t change that”. Ugh.

Jones coffee at the Burbank Hollywood airport is a great place for a fast coffee as you wait for your flight. I was there on a busy Thursday, and was pleasantly surprised that a short line moved quickly. I was able to get my coffee immediately. I ordered a large straight coffee. No cream, no sugar, and no added flavors. Very pleased with the fresh taste and inviting aroma. I missed my morning coffee at home, and this was just what I needed before a long flight. Small seating area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location in the terminal with easy access to every gate.

There aren’t many choices at Burbank but I would skip this one. Deeply overpriced - Coffee and a yogurt parfait were $20. The coffee was luke warm at best and the $15 yogurt was mediocre.
Save your money and skip this place.

I stopped here to get a sandwich. No prices posted anywhere and I asked the clerk and he did not tell. He told me sandwiches are made daily. Turkey was super dry. When he rung up the sandwich with a bag of chips. It was $27.95!! No kidding. After I asked him again about the price as I thought it was a mistake. He responded I told you it was $25.
Well he never told me. I decided to get a drink but at a different stand that had the same sandwiches. The clerk said they were $19 with chips.
Beware of this place. I don’t mind paying for the sandwich he was pretty rude.

The pricing is insane.. my latte was $13 for a matcha thats was chunky and tastes like grass so it’s low quality. They also denied a discount for a pilot who had a badge?? !
Soooo horribly overpriced. A burrito or sandwich and drink is $30, and it tastes awful. Avoid if you can. 2 starts because the workers were nice, otherwise I’d give it 0.

It's an airport, so naturally it's going to be expensive 🤷 And there's no wait! As opposed to the long Starbucks line.
The girl at the counter was kind to me and helped me out when I asked for a favor. I'm not sure why this place has poor reviews!

Worse breakfast burrito at $19 dollars. Coffee was good so that's why I gave it a Star!

From the Burbank airport, my first time visiting Jones coffee. I ordered the matcha and chai latte and it was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional, the wait time was minimal. Very pleased.

Whenever I find myself in Pasadena, I make it a point to stop by. As I step through the front door, the aromas are welcoming, the setting comforting, and with it a slew of memories rushes back. I discovered Jones in the early 2000’s during business trips to Pasadena. Through the years it became a must have visit, even during family trips. Leading the way is Rafael. He’s calm and welcoming and his presence is felt every where. In fact, during a 2021 visit he spotted my family and me, came over to greet us, and fondly recalled my children who he hadn’t seen in close to 8 years. It’s that type of personal attention , and good product, that has kept me coming back. Enjoy!
The first warning sign for me was there was no prices on anything. I would have liked to have seen the prices beforehand.
The screens were off.
$9 for a large iced mocha. Which is good and refreshing. But $9?
I wanted to get a sandwich and they wanted $16 for a weak sandwich which would have made my bill $30.
I was thinking at most $20.
This will remind me to bring food in next time.

I found very good coffee and possibly the best cookies of my life here. The cookies say they’re from a bakery in Pasadena called Butter Bakery Life. They’re as big as your hand , perfectly crispy edges but soft center. Anyway, they were memorable enough for me to be on here writing a review for an airport food stand! A perfect flight delay treat paired perfectly with coffee.
