Rude Manager, he is an hispanic guyā¦he saw me parking in the lot and right away told me I couldnāt parked there without even asking if I was a Customer, he even told me he will charge me $5 bucks; when I told him I was picking up an order he ask for my name so he can check in the systemā¦WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN, he didnāt even apologize and was rude all time

I came in around 330p to dine in during a mini rush at the drive thru. The store is kept very clean. The lady who took my order had to multitask a bit and she was fantastic, wish I had her memory! The food came out hot, fresh, and extremely fast. Definitely was nice to sit down, eat, and beat the heat for a few minutes. I've only ever ordered through the app from this location over the last couple of years and have always had a positive experience. The store appears to managed very well. Some of the NYC locations could learn a thing or two.
