The owners are great and very friendly. It was my first time and they helped me order. They recommended the Ube/matcha iced boba. Perfection! I cam back another time and ordered the brown sugar iced boba, it was delicious! I definitely recommend this play. Great and comparable prices. God bless!

Not only is this great boba, t's probably the best boba that every one of us ever had. The lady here is single handily running the whole shop herself and she's such a pleasure to deal with.If you like boba abd don't wanna pay a lot, go to The Boba bar in Victory bl in Burbank Please go there, you'll thank me!!.

Tea was very high quality! They were able to make the house milk tea dairy free which I appreciated! The boba is cooked to perfection as well! Super yummy definitely recommend.

Good, not super pricy and extra boba without asking for it 💯

10$ for a thai tea with Boba. Boba pearls are too small.

The sandwich is so good, turkey, egg, and cheese. I believe it's $10.50. The drinks were delicious, i had the pineapple smoothie and caramel blended coffee! The only odd thing is it's a boba place and boba, no matter what kind is extra. So I feel like it's a smoothie or drink shop.

Excellent boba/milk tea drinks!! Easily able to order a variety of vegan milk teas because they have soy, coconut and oat milk options😍 The owner was so lovely and you could tell he put genuine care into making each drink! The boba tasted tasted really fresh (soft!) and love that there was such a variety of topping options, such as red beans!!

I was soooo sleepy and tired however I was craving bubble tea and the owner was so kind and helpful. He offered a Vietnamese iced bubble tea and I got the Lychee topping which was a real treat ! It was so delicious and that’s difficult find outside of L.A. the store was so cute with a cottage core vibe. Plants, pretty lights, and a nice atmosphere. They have breakfast sandwiches and other delicious looking food. I look forward to aways coming back ! It’s tucked away, however getting in and out back onto the busy road is simple.

The worst boba I've ever had in LA. How does this place even have 5 stars, I don't know. The Matcha Berry drink was so disgusting I couldn't even get myself to take a few more sips. Waste of money.

The boba was good but don't waste your money on the popcorn chicken, $9.99 for unseasoned frozen popcorn chicken you can get at Costco.

Fruit drink was bland. The fruit jelly add-on was a hodgepodge of discarded fruit skins and fibrous core which made the drink inedible.
