Asked if the bread was fresh was told yes . It was not fresh it was stale . The corn beef was dry . The potato salad tasted store bought with that fake mayonnaise taste .

Was in the mood for a fresh sandwich not from a large chain and found this place during lunch on google and it was close by. The cashier was super nice and friendly through conversation she ended up telling me she was the owner. I had a solo lunch on the patio with my Turkey Sandwich that was delicious and just what I was craving. Will definitely be coming back!

After hearing that they were voted best deli in Burbank I thought I should give it a try. I stopped in for a late lunch (just before closing) and they couldn't have been nicer. I asked Jackie what one of the more popular items were as I would like shoot it for my food portfolio and she suggested the pastrami sandwich. It didn't disappoint in taste or visual and the atmosphere of the deli is just so old school. I'll go back! Photos: Marty Morris/MPM Photography

Had high hopes due to online buzz, but fell short. Sandwich priced at $22, plus requested tip. Service extremely slow, 35-minute wait for a sandwich at 1pm. Staff prioritized large order for production company of over 50+ sandwiches, leaving all 10+ of us in the deli waiting 30+ min. Cop who was also there told us he waited over 45 minutes too. When asked, staff was unkind and did not apologize for the delay whatsoever. Sandwiches disappointing; roast beef lacked flavor, veggies spoiled. Boyfriend disliked brisket panini but didn't want to waste time refunding it. Overall, horrible experience, underwhelming food. Won't return or recommend. Many better options under $15.

Was hoping for better than I received, unfortunately. We legitimately waited over 35 minutes to get our food even though there wasn't a line of patrons in front of us. I noticed several people in line behind us that straight up left because the wait was too long. When we finally got our food it was extremely mediocre. Especially since the wait was so long and the food was so expensive I was expecting much better. Only reason it wasn't 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and accommodating considering the circumstances. I do not recommend.

Good sandwiches but unfortunately has the same problem that some of the other deli's nearby have where its $40 for 2 small sandwiches not including drinks, sides, or even a bag of chips. I work at WB and just wanted to try the spot out. Will I be back? Probably not, price just isnt justified.

Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and had an outstanding Reuben sandwich. My wife enjoyed her brisket sandwich

The sandwich was delicious and the ingredients were all fresh. The man at the counter was friendly and polite. The restaurant is small but clean. The only thing I took issue with is that they charge $4 for a fountain soda. That's way too high!
Parking: It's a tiny place but Theresa's parking out front.

Can we not do this? Slimflation. $16 menu item after tax and charges total is $21. Then they want a tip. And then the food is a tiny serving. I can’t.
After getting to enjoy assorted sandwiches, potato salad and cole slaw at community events around Toluca Lake, we went in today for a full deli experience. What a super treat! The meat portions on the sandwiches are very generous and they were stacked with fresh goodies and toasted to perfection. They have a good selection so there is something on the menu for everyone. The service is top shelf! I highly recommend King's Deli!
