I used to like their pizza, but the last three times we ordered a cheese pizza, they had obviously cut back on the sauce and cheese. After the first time, I thought perhaps they were just busy and didn’t pay attention to that particular pizza. But after three times in a row, it seems obvious there cutting corners.The pizza was very dried.

Never anything really Hot and Ready. Sometimes the stuff are friendly. Most are young and just don't have engaging customer service. The pizza is good depending on I guess who's making it on any given day.

Not enough staff even for a Wednesday, people standing waiting to order, no one came to the front, lady in the back saw the people never acknowledged us or said she would be there to take the orders. NO customer service or caring, poor management!

The worst location. Their food never looks like what advertised. the crazy puffs were half the size of other locations and cheese bread looked like a small square pizza. that's not cheesy bread. the worst.

Either LC changed their ingredients for the worse, or this franchisee is cutting corners and buying cheap garbage ingredients. The pizza I received was arguably not real food.
I was a little confused as to why the shop did not smell like dough and pizza, but instead it had a weird artificial smell. I thought maybe they had cleaned recently, but the smell carried into my car. I realized it was the pizza itself that smelled like chemicals. The drive home I had to crack the window because it smelled so weird. Biting into it, the dough did not feel right. And the cheese did not act like normal pizza cheese. I threw it out.
It was overall a very concerning experience.

Even for Little Caesars that was bad! The pizza upset my stomach, the crust was crunchy and wasn't cut properly. The top of the pizza was sliced properly but it didn't penetrate the crust.
