Unfortunately, the restaurant is not maintained, several areas look neglected, as shown in the photo, the self-service menu screen has been like this for several months, you cannot see the menu and when you ask the staff, they answer in annoyance and when you tell them that the screen is Bad, they only say that this week they are going to repair it, take note of the comments, it is so that they can improve their facilities and provide better service.

I live in area. A homeless man has been living in front of entrance for some time now, at least a couple of months, and he also is a smart opportunist. He is constantly taking hand outs from people who feel obligated to give because of his situation. I just want a Big Mac not a guilt trip.
The food was great and was served quickly. The customer service was amazing. Silvia was very sweet and very accommodating. She had great customer service skills and made the entire experience very pleasant.

Disregard for the attitude of employees, ignoring. I spent half an hour of my time trying to hear that they could not help in solving my problem, which arose because of them. I was late for a meeting, my work schedule got lost. Please pay attention to the poor performance of this restaurant

Honestly, this is just ridiculous. I placed the mobile order got here at 12:00 am, The drive-thru line is not moving whatsoever. I decided to call maybe they could could just have me pull up to the front window and I get my order and go by my day. The person I spoke to was very rude. Just cut me off talking to my phone. I wanted a refund to go ahead and call customer service it's now 12:25 and I'm still in the same place in line

The hours at this location change frequently. They often close earlier than times post it on Google and on the app. They will not give you a refund or open their windows when they are closed. It is super annoying and this is happened to me more than one time where I’ve ordered via app and they have been closed before the time that they were expected to be closed. I live about three minutes away, and the food is rarely fresh. You must eat it in the facility.
