Once of my favorite spots whenever I'm in Burbank. The place is cozy with good food/drink options and the staff has always been friendly. I love sitting in the outdoor patio area on sunny days and listening to their Italian music playlist. Hoping to have an excuse to go to Burbank again soon so I can stop by here.

We made a reservation on Sunday at 4:30 pm for a 5:00 dinner. It was made on Open Table and confirmed. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign that said, "Closed due to health reasons". No one notified us ahead of time so we could avoid driving and parking. This resulted in our looking for another restaurant at the last minute. Not a good way to run a business

The place is a mess. Disorganized don’t know if it is a store or restaurant. Owner has never run restaurant. Please don’t go but if you do just get drinks because the food is terrible. Everything is reheated. You will get more satisfaction at Starbucks. FACT
Was really excited for the chicken parm after reading reviews but it tasted like it had been prepped lazy and sat in a wet cooler for days and days until I walked in. Sauce had no flavor either, so that couldnt even save it and I didnt finish the plate, that is rare for me. Added a star for the side bread.
Restaurant was CLOSED without notice. My reservation was confirmed by OpenTable and when we arrived a CLOSED sign was posted on the entrance door. A waste of my time. I imagine that OpenTable was not advised by the restaurant.
Top notch, and getting better everyday. My new go-to cafe in Burbank. Browse the market side while you're there; decent selection of Italian and Greek olive oils.
True italian deli. Enjoyed the chicken Parmesan, sauce was delicious. Picked up italian treats for the house. Great spot will return
