There was an issue with my order and a worker there (I’m not sure if he’s the owner or just an employee, I wish I got his name) he went above and beyond to fix the issue. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. Love the food here, and because the customer service is great too we will continue to come back here.

I wish I could give this place a rating more thank 2 stars as the person in the store was super nice but the quality and quantity of the food and the prices don’t match what I expect. I ordered the chicken katsu plate that comes with two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad and have to say that I was super disappointed with the quality of chicken that had way more batter than chicken meat. Just not used to this type of Hawaiian bbq. We sat outside on the side walk in the busy downtown burbakn which is great.

Amazing!!! Excellent service! Went like 10 minutes before closing, and they still served me. They really hooked it up. The food was soooo delicious, got the spicy BBQ chicken 🐔
