This weekend I went to Mongolian Grill and as I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I witnessed something very disturbing. Gloria, the manager, was speaking to an older gentleman in an extremely rude and belittling manner, right in front of a long line of customers. Instead of focusing on the busy line, she chose to single him out and criticize him harshly, making him feel small and embarrassed in public.
It was difficult to watch, and honestly, my blood was boiling seeing the lack of respect and compassion she showed. No employee, especially an older gentleman who could be anyoneās father or grandfather deserves to be treated that way. This isnāt the first time Iāve seen her behave like this, either. Iām a regular customer, and whenever sheās working, I avoid ordering here because of how poorly she treats both employees and customers.
The owner needs to take action immediately. Gloriaās behavior is unacceptable and harmful to both staff morale and customer experience. For the sake of the business and the dignity of the employees, she should be replaced.

The manager of this establishment Gloria was scolding an employee who was an older gentleman and learning. It was absolutely disgusting and disheartening to see this blatant disrespect. When I asked the cashier who the manager was he informed me that was her and that is how she treats all the employees. This type of behavior is not okay and should not be acceptable. I can only hope that the owner of this establishment sees this and does something about this managers behavior.

The food itself is delicious š. The review and one star truly goes to Claudia, (Gloria) that was the name given! she appeared to be training an older gentleman on the grill and they was she was scolding him in front of a line full of customers! If she is a trainer, she needs to be replaced ASAP! That is not how one keeps an employee and or how they learn. That was very disturbing to watch! There is also a picture and a review about her already on Google! Clearly nothing is being done! Poor gentlyman truley trying to learn and appeared to be doing a great job!

I came here today with my two sisters and my baby, and while the food itself was decent, the service at checkout left us very uncomfortable.
This spot is in the food court, and it was completely full. The line at checkout wasnāt moving, and we had trays, drinks, and bags in our hands with nowhere else to stand, so we simply waited where we were. The cashier, Jessica, began yelling behind us to help the customer behind us, even though it was clear we had no room to move. She kept insisting we step aside into the food lineāwhich would have forced my sister to awkwardly juggle everything while blocking other guests. Instead of being patient for just a few moments, she called us sarcastic āsweetā names, making the situation more uncomfortable.
When I asked Jessica for her name, she raised her voice and told me she didnāt care what I did with it. That response showed a complete lack of professionalism or care for customers.
On top of that, the food portions could use some improvement. The noodles in my bowl were only filled about halfway, even though I purposely didnāt fill my bowl all the way so there would be room for more. No utensils were given. We also waited about 15 minutes for our food, when normally this place is much faster.
After looking at other reviews, I noticed Iām not the only one whoās had a bad experience with this same employee. It seems that multiple customers have complained about Jessicaās rude behavior, yet nothing is being done. She is consistently making people uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on the business.
Overall, we left feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. A little more patience from staff, attention to food portions, and timeliness would make a big difference.

The food is amazing here. Thatās the only reason I come here besides shopping. Other than that, the service for me is usually not good the few times Iāve ordered. The woman always seems to have an attitude or upset. Maybe it happened to be bad timing, Iām not sure but she really needs to work on her attitude. Everyone has bad days but donāt take it out on the customer. I even order pick up ahead of time and itās still the same service. The reviews are great regarding the food but Iām not getting the same customer experience, and thatās ok. Iām here for the food. Enjoy.

Hi. I was rudely told not to use a glove while serving myself, then given the wrong dish, and had to rebuild everything from scratch. The staff was unfriendly throughout, which is why I left a low rating.
The staff treats customers very poorly and is rude.
I've ordered delivery lunch for 3 people from Mongolian Grill. I was expecting a more flavorful Mongolian bowl, perhaps I did not put together my request as good as it could be.

This place did not disappoint, everything about was great!
This was at the end of last year. I came without knowing the time they actually opened, I was just happy to see a Mongolian place. The guy who attended me gave me an attitude and rudely told me he was not open. At first I thought it was all in my head. So I ask for the time of opening and quietly sat. I was not expecting for him to have been so bothered by me just sitting close by waiting patiently. I live about 1 and 20 minutes away from this spot and we donāt have Mongolian restaurants. So this was a treat for me. Once he opened he was extremely rude when he took my order and I am not sure why I bothered him so much. I still gave him a 8 dollar tip to show him it was unnecessary hate. I was just happy to get Mongolian. This did ruin my experience and I just stay away from this place now.

Worst service I ever seen . their workers are too rude with the customers. They donāt know how they need to speak with the customers. Very unrespectfully !!! This lady yelled with me . Other guy even not speaking english
