Well I was in the Burbank mall yesterday and decided to stop at this location and maybe buy a cookie or two.
However the lady that was working there yesterday was very RUDE . I couldn't very well decide on which cookie I wanted and I told her I need a little more time .
She then proceeded to take her gloves off and slammed them down on the counter like she was so bothered.
Keep in mind I was the only customer at that time , so it wasn't as if she had other's to take care of .
She rolled her eye's and walked away , I then decided not to buy any of the cookies because of her NASTY attitude!!
She was of Armenian decent ,I guess this one doesn't have a rich daddy or husband so she didn't care to give good customer service, this location will never get my business...SMFH

I was inside Burbank Mall tonight and walked past Mrs. Fields with my wife. I remember that like 2 weeks ago, they opened one at Valencia Mall and I got some m&m cookies from there. So since we were inside Burbank Mall and my wife was going to go shopping, I came back to look at their cookies. I saw that they had the same deal where if you buy 3 cookies then you'll get 1 free. After I asked what was the price and saw it was cheaper than the Valencia mall food stand, I already made up my mind. I got 3 m&m cookies and 1 chocolate chip. The lady helping me was friendly during our interaction. The cookies were delicious but I think the dough was much softer at the Valencia mall food stand.
Vegetarian options: I don't think they have vegetarian cookies here.
Parking: There a lot of parking for Burbank mall

The new owner of the store Manny is excellent! I love his attitude and customer service. I had to get a cookie cake made for a friends birthday and I ordered it last min, Manny was so helpful and got it done right in time! I also bought some extra cookies and they were so fresh, soft and chewy! I'll be back whenever I am in the area for more cookies!

Burbank Mrs. Fields came through for us! Last minute we needed 5+ full sheet cookie cakes for a school event. Taking our order at 10pm and getting these cute cakes done by the next day. Excellent service - definitely will be ordering from there again!

The location has changed of the store and it’s now on the 1st level of the mall and under new management. They don’t do design’s outside of the franchise authority but they do really great work with the designs with the choices and options available you can also change the choice of frosting colors used for your choice of design in that location. And most importantly Very pleasant team members!
