Great location in Burbank, very convenient to the airport and the I5. The rooms are excellent SMS in great condition. WiFi was good, too!

Nice room with a large bathroom. TV channels were limited. TV remote did not work properly. The morning staff provided a great breakfast buffet with hot coffee and eggs each morning. Sides varied - bacon, sausage, home fries, etc. Muffins, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, cereal too. They kept asking if we had found everything ok. Thanks for starting our day off so smoothly.Safety: Seemed to be a safe area. Front doors locked at night for safety.

We stayed here for 5 days for our girls trip and it was excellent. The room was big, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and quick with any questions or things we needed. The only thing we didn't love is the tv for our room was placed far to one side of the room and not really viewable from the beds, which was strange. But we didn't mind, we didn't use the TV. The location is walking distance from several fast food and sit down places and not far from universal studios.

At first everything was fine. When we wanted to shower I requested 2 wash towels and a body towel. They said it’ll be up soon but, we were able to order a pizza, have it delivered and eaten, and still no towels. So I went downstairs hoping they could just hand me some but again they said it would be up soon. Waited some more at this point I’m frustrated open the door and there’s a bag on the handle with 2 body towels. At that point I didn’t even want to have to call again. Then when I was helping with the pull out couch we noticed how dirty the mattress was and underneath it as well. The couch had stains and holes. There were crumbs, coins, and crusty looking crap, and a broken piece. Absolutely disgusting!? Needless to say it wasn’t slept on. Make sure you check your beds and the pullout sofas.

Unfortunately, will not stay at this propoerty again. Came down for Christmas and wife’s birthday with kids, had booked rooms is advance, but the property team took the chance to allot a handicap access room which I assume they have difficulties selling, and also poorly maintained. Being a lifetime platinum/titanium member and having been with Marriott for 20 years and also with whom I work closely as clients, very upsetting. While an upgrade etc during the season is not possible plus this property has no upgrade options, atleast would have expected them to assign decent rooms. Poor show Marriott. Only good thing was the location, but seem to be other better Marriot options within the same vicinity.

I traveled from the east coast and was really exhausted. The only thing I wanted to do was take a hot shower unpack and get a good night's sleep. The first thing I checked into had no hot water and the heating / cooling system was broken. The parts of was stained and filthy. I quickly changed to another room which was a little better except that the sofa is filthy. Marriott is going to lose a gold member for life.

I ended up changing my room about 4 times (unfortunately) due to the cleanliness. The first room had hair on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet did not look the cleanest, then the second room had a horrible order coming from the shower due to an exposed rusty pipe coming out the drain. And finally the third room also had a not so clean toilet with visible poop at the bottom of the toilet bowl.I had just drove 4 hours by myself with a toddler; so the last thing I wanted to do was to continue changing rooms. However the manager Robert (I believe?) was very nice and accommodating in helping us finally find a clean room.Upon check out, I asked the employee at the front desk (Zac) if due to the multiple room changes, I would be able to get some compensation/possible parking fees comped, additional Marriott points, anything. He said he’d look into it and get back to me. After days went by without a response, I just called back and was told…….Because I used the Friends & Family discount, I would receive nothing. First I was told I didn’t get a call back because there was no phone number or email on file for me; which is not true and ridiculous since I’ve been a Marriott member forever and it’s in my profile. Secondly I was told that the fact that someone assisted me in getting a clean room instead of leaving me in the dirty room was the “compensation”??Honestly I just don’t understand what happen to great “customer service”. There is no longer pleasant treatment to guest, only negative condescending tones…..and I’m tired of it. For the record, the Friends & Family discount is about $10-$15 cheaper than the normal rate…..nothing crazy. Also I actually spent close to $1000 at that hotel, so it’s not like I didn’t pay for anything. Since when do you pay and have to feel lucky that you got a clean room??I’m writing this because I’m tired and disappointed with bad customer service. I travel a lot for work, and it’s hard to find good customer service anymore unfortunately.

My stay was great except that they don't have a restaurant inside the hotel. There's a bar that's only open in the evening for drinks and appetizers.Food & drinks: They serve free breakfast in the morning. They don't have a restaurant inside the hotel where you can dine in.

I must say, this is the most hip SpringHill Suites I've stayed in. Very nice, updated and in a great location. The bartender was great, believe her name was Aricka.

This hotel is in a very good location if you're utilizing the Burbank Airport. The rooms were cozy but the bathrooms were not very clean (also smelly from the pipes) and the beds were squeaky. Many of the staff at the Mariotts in Burbank made mention all their hotels are a little old and could use upgrading. That being said we settled on this location and it definitely did the job for a place to rest. Breakfast was good and the staff was so helpful!

Stayed for 2 nights with the family. Service was good, room was modern and clean. Breakfast buffet was fine. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Universal Studios.
