Nice hotel...be careful anyone who parks down stairs. They will brake in your car. I arrived around 10p.m came out about 9a.m to find out that all my things were gone. I spoke to management. Which im very sure they are use to it because the reviews stated same thing accured. And management called police to make report. Lets see what Marriott does to fix this. You spend to much money on these rooms to feel safe and secure. To be getting ripped off. Simple fix hire security. Billion dollar company. And you cant hire security for 8 hour shift or even install cameras at lower level.
This was an excellent hotel for our four days in Burbank. It is within walking distance to the cute downtown area on San Fernando and to the giant IKEA store. Burbank felt completely safe for walking. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was really nice and was quiet. I know we will stay here again as we visit in Burbank again.
Very nice hotel, easy parking, was 10-15 minutes away from Universal. Only reason I gave a 4 was noise. Across the street was a restaurant playing music pretty loud, not the hotels fault, but we were in a room with an adjoining door and that always kinda sucks if the people next door are not cognizant of being noisy. Room was very nice, Rochelle was a rockstar checking us in.
The hotel has taken all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its guests. They even washed the room every day. It was an enthralling place.
Staff was nice & accommodating. COVID precautions were taken very seriously. My husband and I stayed here for a work related trip, and got in late because we had driven from Arizona - when we got into our hotel room, the toilet was not working and had to switch. When we got into the new room, there were no towels. Breakfast quality was poor - I understand that they have to served bagged breakfast due to COVID, but was a small granola bar, pouch of apple juice, prepackaged danish, and peach cup - I wish there would have been some healthier options such as a banana, boiled egg, or even instant oatmeal. They also didn't have cups for the coffee machine in our room. If you stay here, please note that they charge $18 a night for parking. Gym was nice!
Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. Hotel is walking distance to some very nice dining spots. Covid protocols were practiced by staff. I liked that the hotel entry doors were locked to keep outside traffic low. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch.
Ivan was absolutely amazing at the front desk and reception. He looked after every need I had and I would so recommend this hotel over the Springhill Suites in Pasadena. This Springhill Suites in Burbank is amazing. Ivan even gave me snacks for the road.
Nice hotel. It was modern and clean. The "free" breakfast is underwhelming. You get a white bag with a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich, fruit cup, juice of the day and a granola bar. It is more like a kids lunch. The rooms are nice, you can make a reservation to enjoy the pool and there is plenty of parking for the $18 a day fee. Staff was welcoming but did not offer assistance with places to eat or things to do in the area. I would stay again just for the location and how nice the hotel is.
Stayed here twice and loved it both times. Spacious suites, clean and updated rooms and convenient location thats close to everything. You do have to pay for parking but hey thats Southern Cali for you and most places charge for parking anyway. They followed all COVID masking rules so we felt safe there. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. There was a female there after we took our belongings to our room and came down to buy some drinks. She didn't look like she enjoyed her job so that rubbed us the wrong way. Overall, they regained our trust as everyone else was kind.
I deeply enjoyed my stay here! They had many friendly, polite, and accommodating staff. They never fail my high expectations.
Our niece picked this hotel as it was so much cheaper than downtown LA (although we kept going back and forth to see other family and it was a bit much). It gave them more space with their boys. Close to highway, very clean and COVID friendly.
Nice and clean place to stay. There's a pool and BBQ area. It will be nice once the virus has settled down a bit. There are many places to eat outside the hotel.
It is always an immense pleasure to stay here. Clean, immaculately kept, with generous views to take in. There's a park near by that if you are up with the sun; enjoy a leisurely walk. On my return I happened to stumble upon a yoga dance style class on the neighboring basketball court. The ladies were jammin'. As they should be and social distanced. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Burbank is situated perfectly for all needs. Serenity dipped into the graceful environment equals a great stay every time. Just a click away for in town retreat if needed. I appreciate the staff that make my stay so stellar.
My favorite part about the Commissary was how nice the waiters were and how welcomed they made us feel. Customer service is a big part. My waitress was really nice I loved her good energy. I also loved this man with the bun. He could tell that we wanted to take pictures so he kindly came up to us and offered to take a picture of us himself, which I thought was a generous offer. SOOO NICE I love everyone there they're so lively and full of life I AM LIVING!!!!!
I absolutely love this hotel. Amazingly clean delightful staff. They still have the continental breakfast but because of covid-19 they're giving out sack breakfast. I highly recommend this place for a Family as well as people staying for leisure. It's also with in walking distance to downtown burbank which has cute shops and delicious eats.
