Ordered take out from here to satisfy a craving for calzones, which was absolutely met! The dough was incredible, nice and crispy on the outside with a slight chew in the middle. The ricotta and mozzarella on the inside was thick, stringy and rich in flavor. My main criticism is with the pineapple I ordered, which was very obviously straight out of a can with little flavor. If you’re not using fresh pineapple, which is understandable, I’d at least take the time to roast it...
Dont get the slice, just get a full pizza. Their size for just a slice is very minimal. The pizza was very hot and tasted good though. The dough is made to not fill you up so a full pizza is better.
What a great place. The Pizza is Fantastic and the rest of the menu is full of treasures. Franc & Ken have really done an outstanding job here.
