Me and my boyfriend came here for a Valentine's dinner and it was amazing! We made a reservation here and they sat us right away. Our server Nina was AMAZING!!!! Definitely recommend for a casual but amazing food and vibes đ«¶
Disappointing, to say the least. Understaffed table service during a slow evening. Waited a long while before our waiter came by. Had to help ourselves to the water as our waiter was nowhere to be seen. Manager was busy chatting with a take-out customer who was waiting at a table next to us. She offered him water and went out of her way to make sure he's comfortable while he waited, but didn't seem to notice we were waiting for water and our server. After a long while, we flagged our server hurried by on some other errand, to ask for bread. The salads came, but before we were done with them, the pastas came, and got cold while we finished our salads. And it was cold. The door between the dining room and the patio did not shut properly. Every time someone went in or out (often!), the draft came in and blasted us. When I got up (several times) to shut the door properly, the Manager commented that they ought to fix the door! (yes, but she could also have shut it too!) We enjoyed the Novo Cafe in Westlake and thought we would give Burbank a try. Disappointed.
Always constantly good! Hand made pasta, delicious sauces, fresh ingredients and friendly service. What more can we ask for.
It was excellent! I had chicken parmigiana. It was huge. The marinara sauce was really tasty and was served with your choice of side. I chose the spinach. Very fresh and seasoned to perfection :) my one son got penne arriabatta. He loved every bite and soaked up the leftover sauce with bread. Finally, my other son ordered the chicken Marcella. It was delicious and very generous with the mushrooms. We left so full and happy, but no room for dessert!! We will definitely go back.
Loved the outdoor patio dinning and our waitress was very attentive. Food was delicious. I had the white fish, my husband had the chicken parmesan. Our friend had the seafood risotto and her husband had the traditional spaghetti. We all gave 5 starts to our tasty food and can't wait to go back. ïżŒ Tiramisu was excellent also.
Good and plentiful. The pizzas are perfect

Be warned, the âJumbo Scallopsâ and risotto is a joke. They really should rename it to âHuge Plate of Risotto with three teeny tiny scallops maybe the size of a 50 cent piece.â Besides the false advertisement, it was truly one of the most flavorless meals I've ever had at this restaurant. The service was just ok.
First time here with my mom and my daughter!! It was INCREDIBLE. Best pizza we have ever had and then we got a chocolate chip cookie and a tiramisu with coffees and it was delicious. We will definitely be back! Alexa was our server and she was outstanding!

luckily, they were not too busy because when we arrived, they had not received my reservation and were able to accommodate us (party of six). In the future, please verify your reservations when reserving through Open Table.

We had a really disappointing experience, which I hope isn't the norm, but we probably won't come back to find out. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. And the waiter didn't bring bread until we asked for it, about 20 minutes after we were seated. The food, when it eventually arrived, was good, but not worth the ridiculous wait.
