Steph was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in on us just the right amount and made sure everything was perfect. She truly made our Olive Garden experience enjoyable. Thank you, Steph!

Of course the food was good! It always is! It was also great the next day. The waiter brought the good out the minute we told the app that we were there! Al around great service and food!

The staff here is SUPER friendly and nice! I love that they serve their food with excellence and it’s always hot, tasty, and fresh.
It’s always super busy and feels cramped. They try to pack in as many guests possible which makes sense, but sometimes it’s a lot if you desire to just get away for a quick salad-lunch.

Overall, they do a great job!
I’d give this Olive Garden location a 7.5/10. A 10/10 would be a perfect Olive Garden.

This is the 2x that we were mistreated by the managers that work at this place in different occasions and our house is 20 mins away from here. We call for reservations for 17 people but no reservations accepted. My visitors are from Canada due to my son passed and we decided to eat here after church on Saturday. Place was crowded. People coming with a party of 2 or 6 no problem to be seated. I was told we have to wait 1 hr and 30 min. Fine we waited. I noticed that at the waiting area my party are the only one left. After one hr. Ok. I said to myself. She said 1 hr n 30 but I asked her anyways. Just to get the status were we at. She said. Waiting for that party to pay and them to leave. After 30 min pass. This time she said. Its cleaning the table. After two hours. We finally asked for the mgr. The manager, useless. We told him with the big party like us, you guys should tell more that two hrs waiting so we can go to another surrounding restaurant. We finally seated after 2 hrs and 15 mins. The lady that took us to the table. Totally big time snobby. Never apologize with what happened. I don't have any problem with the food. But the service of the people at the front desk and the manager needed a major training how to handle this kind of situation. Never will be coming here from now on. I recommend to go to Glendale instead. Burbank, forget it. 2nd x around with a big party at this place and mistreated. Forget it. What a bad and embarrassing experience for the people from Canada on how we are mistreated. We paid. More than $600 and mistreated like this. Not acceptable.

Amazing Service , I love it

Best experience I’ve had at Olive Garden! Denise was our server and she was amazing! My wife and I shared the Italy and an appetizer and both were great! I’ll definitely be coming back

We had a very delightful waitress of this evening that was very polite and very patient and kind it went over and beyond the call of duty and I can't think of her name right now but she was a very sweet young lady and we probably will be back just celebrate my husband's birthday on Monday

First time ever at Olive Garden and it was very welcoming. The food as perfect as the service. Shout out to the waiter for making the experience enjoyable. Tipped $7.77 for luck and that new Pear Lemonade
