I Love this place! I come here very often and the quality is never missed. Just fresh and delicious Japanese food. Chicken cutlet is definitely my favorite.

I had the teriyaki chicken and tempura lunch special. The food was excellent. I am not usually a fan of white rice, but this rice was good. The chicken was also very tasty. The tempura shrimp was fried perfectly. Wonderful and friendly service. Would definitely go back when in the area again.

I've been trying to take my girlfriend here for years but we lived in the Valley and kept showing up too late. Then we moved to Missouri and I made a promises that next time we're in L.A. we will go and OMG the food is as good or better then when I used to come here in the early 2000's when I worked in Burbank.

Girlfriend had the Teriyaki Salmon that was amazing. You wont find better for sure. I had the BBQ Beef spicy and it was to die for. Comes to your table in fajita style skillet sizzling and loaded with onions, bell peppers and carrots in an awesome sauce.

Do yourself a favor and get over there and enjoy a outstanding meal.

I like the chicken teriyaki bowl. The chicken is tender, served over rice with a mild teriyaki sauce. 10 bucks.

There is young lady and older lady today.. I always forget her name but she’s always excellent in service. We come from Pasadena for the barbecue chicken, which is perfection

OVERCHARGING on PURPOSE. Chicken weird texture & Goo for terriyaki sauce. Low grade. I don't write reviews but this pissed me off. The young girl acts stupid, messes up your order, gets you confused, gets it wrong, whispers the total. If you don't pay attention your will get scammed. Happened in 2021. I and others stopped going. Out of desperation, I went on 12/19/2024 w my son and ordered 3 lunches to go and charged me $92.00. I thought she said $42. I had made her redo the order 3 times. She was confused. It was 1 pm lunch specials NO, she charged me dinner prices and extras then lied. I will never return. They will up charge you and if you don't catch it you're screwed. And the owner stood there watching and listening to me getting irritated. They won't refund or change it. They are scammers. Watch out. I would never pay $92 for 2 star to go food in a hole in the wall.

We’re looking for new places to eat so we tried here. Food is very basic. Its good though. Enough to fill you. Affordable. We tried the BBQ Chicken which I think is the best dish they have, lots of servings for its price and it comes with 1 rice. But the chicken is good for 2 people so if you want to go for a cheap eat, get that and an extra rice. Not sure if I’m coming back anytime soon. I don’t think I’ll crave for it.

Tasty food, good prices and super friendly staff! You can tell there are a lot of regulars that really like this place, the restaurant was packed! I had their curry rice with added tonkatsu and they added a lot for just a $2 add on! Would definitely recommend

This is yummy food, taste like homemade! I tried the beef, chicken, and pork dinners, plus a taro flavored boba tea. Everything was great, but the sauces and tea were a bit more over the sweetness that I am use to. The best solution is to ask for the sauces on the side, like the teriyaki sauce, then add to your liking, and maybe ask if the tea can be made less sweet. Finally, the rice was perfect. Try it!!
