I ordered a lunch special which was a 5oz serlion steak medium well. The steak was super tough, we were told by our waitress that serlion steaks tend to be a little on the tough side. But she offered to ask the cook for another steak, I figured she was probably right so I asked for a grilled chicken instead. The chicken was so dry. I'm very disappointed. We've been here many times and have never had any problems with our food. I chose to receive my receipt through text. I received a message but no receipt.

It takes quite a bit for me to write a review, but today was my last straw; I just had to after this, feels wrong NOT to. Every single time I come to this place, no matter what occasion: a birthday, a hangout, and on holidays like father and mother's day, this outback location has not disappointed. Even at their busiest, they are attentive. On the regular, their services goes above and beyond: impeccable treatment from the employees. The food portions are fair and very delicious, and new items are added here and there that keep adding to the palette of different people. There has been amazing servers that have attended my family and I multiple times. The manager is always sometimes walking around and asking about our food quality, if we are happy with our food, and sometimes making sure that our servers are attending us well. Overall, this place is great. I love coming here, it's a nice family friendly restaurant and although it's a chain restaurant, this location never disappoints, and the food quality is always great. I recommend 100000% in every aspect.

I love coming to the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank. This is my second time here and I came back specifically because they have a pet friendly outdoor patio with heaters, which is hard to find and makes it really comfortable.
The staff is so attentive, the drinks are delicious, and it is honestly a place where you get a big bang for your buck. The prices are surprisingly cheap for how good the food and service are.
Our server Robert was extremely kind. He explained the menu to us, checked on us often, and never let our drinks get low, even though we were the only table sitting outside. The manager Ulysses also came out to check on us and had a really nice conversation with us, which made the experience even better.
The atmosphere inside is a lot of fun and all the workers seem genuinely happy. The service at this Outback was really great and the food was all so delicious. I really recommend it.

Haven’t been to Outback in ages and had a very positive experience here — place was very clean, service was fast and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious — the combo plates are a great deal! Our server, Caroline, was very welcoming and knowledgeable and Baxter helped make us feel even more at home. Highly recommend!
