We love Pablito’s! One of the best crunchy tacos in town and their Lomo Soltado is fire. Tables are typically dirty and the restaurant itself could use better maintenance, but the food speaks for itself.

The birria taco was really special!!! I love the creativity of their menu. Wasn’t crazy for the lomo or pastor taco. The chicken mole taco was good. My favorite part is that they do keto and queso tacos and that’s really well done.

The chili relleno special torta with carne Asada, an excellent adventure, wonderful latin flavors, the bread is so fluffy it could be it's own entrée.

The flan also enjoyable.
